If there was an option to choose no stars, that would've been my option in a heartbeat. I've never felt so disrespected in my life or experienced a horrible treatment like I did at this restaurant by the owner of the restaurant. I called in 55 minutes before closing time to place a pick up order. He picked up the phone, I tried to place my order, and he kept saying " speak up, I can't hear this shit on the phone now, just come in person to place the order, I got someone in front of me" then hung up right after saying this. I said okay, let me go in now and place the order. I get to the restaurant with my cousin by 8:15 pm. doors are locked . We knock the door. A customer was sitting there and didn't know if should open or not. Owner came walking to us, opened the door, says how can I help you ladies. We said we were just on the phone trying to place an order. He said " yea I couldn't hear shit you were saying , better you come in person and place the order cause I don't have time to try and take your order over the phone ,I'm too old for this" . I replied and said I'm your customer and just want to buy pizza, I don't need to hear the profanity. He stopped me at the door, and said " excuse me, you can get out of my store right now cause I will not be serving you guys nothing, you can't tell me what to do in my own store, I own this place, I'm too old to deal with this shit so get out". He's saying all this while motioning for us to get out with his hands. Would not let us step foot in the store. I was baffled by the service he was giving. I just had to walk away silently before I got REALLY upset. No customer, or any human, should have to be treated this way if all they want to do is buy pizza. I hope this owner of the restaurant understands sooner or later his actions and fixes it before any consequences come his way.

Around 8 we called to place a pick up order from the jump we shouldve known, he was completely rude and started using profanity and told us to come to the store, which we proceeded to and when we got there the doors were locked mind you he closes at 9pm. When he approaches the door he then ask us what do we want and we told him we were the customers on the phone and he then continues to use profanity and we ask him to treat ysnwith respect since we are paying customers and he then yells out to me and my cousin to get out of the restaurant and we ask him why and he states because he is an old man and we told him not to curse at us and he didnt like that. We then tell him you can't talk to paying customers like that even if this is your business. Its not business like to talk to anyone that way no matter career type and he says he doesnt care he wants us off the premises because he owns it. This place has no good customer serivce and is really rude. They will never catch us here again even if it was the last place on earth. IF I COULD REALLY GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD I FLAT OUT FEEL LIKE 0 IS BEING TOO NICE.

I use to love this place until recently when i’ve been experiencing bad things … Every time i order food they give me a estimated time when my food would be ready and is never ready , i always have to sit there an wait for my food. i started recently giving them a notice when i would like my food to be ready by and my food is never ready on time. Also i got food from them recently and they gave me someone else’s food and told me to look through an make sure it was correct ( which wasn’t) then proceeded to take the bag away and put it back on the shelf which i think is so unsanitary. I believe this place needs either to be shut down or new employees.

This place was the BOMB. The owner greeted me with a smile and even offered a free massage?. The service was so good they even tickled my feet on the way out. The owner even kissed me on the cheek after handing me my cream pizza. The pizza was soooooo so so so so soooooo good that i started gooning and edging at the site of the owner and his workers. II even bought a diet coke that filled me up. Yum Yum Yum yum YUMMY.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owners of this place are so rude and the place is dirty. Pizza is dripping with grease. My husband and I called from our car around 8 after a base game this order 2 subs without the bread because we have gluten allergies. The person who is one of the owners gave him a bad time about why he didn't want the bread. Why should they care? Then he said it was too hot they were only making pizza! really pizza isnt hot? Then just hung up on us! I went back to store to confront him and he just laughed it off! they don't deserve good paying customers! So done with these pieces of crap!
