CONS: Chicken was unseasoned. Entirely. Not even salt. Cole slaw was filled to only 2/3s of the container. Thats about a cup short. Sad. l haven't tasted it so I can’t speak to seasoning. But no worry about leftovers.
Fries were soggy and in this case barely seasoned. I like Popeyes for the seasoning and cajun flavor. Not the end of the world but I don’t see us returning. We traveled a long way for underwhelming food that wasn’t inexpensive.
PROS: It’s fresh. And the lady at the window was pleasant.

I’ve ordered from Popeyes multiple times and almost every time when I order from this specific store location I’m either missing items or I’m given incorrect items. It’s annoying having to deal with this problem when all I want is MY specific order. Please train the workers properly.
They got the order wrong and over charged us. They had trouble correcting it on the register. The manager was rude to the drive thru clerk and had us waiting for 20 minutes never apologized and gave us an attitude and left walked away.

I like the chicken, sometimes the portions are small. Good mashed potatoes. I'm mostly upset that there are not refills for customers in the store. I understand not having the machine out front, but I should be able to get a refill from behind the counter. Very upsetting.

NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!! ordered a family chicken meal, rice and beans, mash potato's, and fries and the next day the food was contaminated and gave me a stomach virus. my best guess is from poorly handling food or a lack of being clean

‘we have no chicken sandwiches’ what??? How do you not have a main menu item?! This has happened a few times now. We joke on the way there like I hope they have sandwiches tonight and to no surprise, no sandwiches. I’m just gunna assume it’s pure laziness by the workers.

Very rude workers. They got the order wrong then when I tried to bring it back, they caught an attitude because I wanted to fix my order that they messed up. Need to do better.

The two girls you see here they are the worst people that work at the Popeyes in Brockton on crescent Street. They never ask you if you need any help or if you’re here to pick up an order. When your order is ready they wait before they give it to you. This happens every single time I come here.
Terrible and waste of money better off getting McDonald’s nexts door . I order a 10 pc chicken and 2 large sides , I come home look through trying to eat it and it was all pink inside ( NOT COOKED) & then my boyfriend and I started to look through all the other chickens and they all the same plus we waited inside to get the classic chicken made because there was none and I wanted (spicy and classic) but damn to come home and find out the shit ain’t cooked the sides are watered down and only thing that saved my night was the biscuits ‘ y’all need to do better starting with the food, the customer service and then cleaning the place ,

True Story
The female taking my order was very patient and kind. After receiving my order which my son ordered that dam chocolate chip biscuit, it was super hard when I asked the lady at the counter if it's supposed to be hard, clearly she didn't understand and just said yes. The manager was cleaning around the restaurant my son and I asked her if the biscuit was fresh she continually ignored us. My said ma'am this is hard her reply was " and " I told him clearly she rude and not to say another word to her. I've never experienced this in a popeye's ever there's no excuse for how the manager is and to blatantly ignore someone speaking to you. Hey you picked this job to want better is to do better. I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed. The chicken taste like it had been fried in old fish oil ?. My drink and biscuit were good.

This location had this super rude employee. Did not know how to speak with customers this use to be my fav spot but after this experience they will not see me again…. After we place the order on drive tru and wait in line for a while when was my time and my cousin time to pay she told us we could not pay with different card on drive. After i told her when we were placing the order that we would be paying separate
