It was early afternoon and I went to get some Popeye upon ordering food they were out of certain food and the server didn't articulate what other options we could have to replace as to what wasn't available and the service isn't up to par I understand the under value of people respecting servers but it goes both ways too the drinks were under filled. The chicken was cold as we opened the box there was only 2 different kinds of dipping sauce available. If you don't have the materials / food why are you open is my question I will not be going this Popeye on Crescent st in Brockton Massachusetts I never have issues going to other Popeye in other city and States

I went through the drive thru, ordered the shrimp combo, and they said they aren't cooking anymore. They didn't say there were out, just that they werent going to cook more. Everytime I go here, they always say they dont have what I want or there's nothing ready and it'll take 20 mins for chicken and i get nothing but attitude. Not coming back to waste money here.

I’ll never go back. We used to love Popeyes. Last time I went to this location the employees were so disinterested. They were out of everything (said with a sigh) & when I had a coupon, they gave me the saddest, dried out, smallest pieces of chicken they could find. That’s it for me

I originally wanted the ghost pepper wings they told me I had to wait 7min and normally I'm a patient person but it was cold outside and I didn't feel like waiting. So I asked for the 2pc combo (breast and wing) and I feel like they intentionally got me the smallest pieces for the both of them. This was definitely a sign to tell me to cut Popeye's specifically this particular location out of my life and I'll be gladly to do so. ✌???

Very rude. I was trying to order lady said it would be 7 minutes before it was made I said do you want to came back she said no order you can wait. I go to window to pay. Told I her ill park on the side. because cops give out tickets. It happen to Me before. She said well you should have waited . I said I ask that you said no. She with an attitude said, I never heard you. I looked right at her and I said you answered me. Something really needs to be done. Very poor attitude in there and they talk about you right in front of you like they don’t care to…..

Okay I should have Definitely checked the reviews before coming in - the DRIVE THRU is not working????? I waited for 9mins before being greeted & having my order taken!!! When ordering my food/drinks from the menu - I was informed of what they don't have like so ridiculous- someone from cooperate needs to check in!
