Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I placed an order for $24, but I received only part of it, and that part wasn’t even what I ordered. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but no one answered the phone. I lost $24 and can’t even eat the food they sent me.

Waited about 30 minutes after ordering my food, had to ask why i havent had my number calles but instead they pulled it out from the side even thoigh i was waiting the whole time. I ordered ahead of time and still got treated unfairly

This Popeyes has roaches crawling everywhere… in the bathroom and in there food.

Customer service very poor food was gross employees are very rude had me waiting for more than 30 minutes because they had no food but customers that came in got served right away the foods quality and presentation was disappointing I don’t recommend anyone to eat their don’t waste your money on that place people I’m warning yall not only that the restaurant was very dirty sticky drinks that have been spilled on the counter and been sitting their tables were gross bathroom were not even usable they stunk were very dirty and had piss all over the place

The Westgate location phone number is either out of service or it’s a fax number so you can’t get in touch with anyone over the phone. It’s very frustrating

Tried to reach this location by the phone number and it just beeps , like it’s a fax number.
I tried calling bother Popeyes to see if there was. Way to reach them or a Different phone number and I was told that’s the number to reach them. Very bad customer service. How can people reach you with a non working number

This place is the worst popeye's. I've ever been to manager The staff not only fights with customers.They is rude. The staff is rude. The chicken is never fresh.. The staff is fighting with customers worst place ever.

I ordered a 4 piece combo and got 2 drumsticks a wing and thigh come on are you kidding me I take my kid to the bathroom and there’s poop on the floor smh

Cashiers were rude, laughing with friends that entered. Manager was unprofessional as well as she saw what was happening a did nothing. Waited 20 for food. I wasn't the only one waiting either.
