By far the worst sarku I've been to and ordered from. The service is garbage. The workers constantly argue with people. Worst of all they pick and choose who they want to give sufficient chicken to. I ordered double meat on two plates and this is what they gave me. Look at the picture.

Very accessable and right across from Popeyes at the Westgate Mall. Also near Market basket in a building next door to the mall. There is handicap parking in front of the Mall entrance but not a lot of it. Sarku is on your right as you enter the Mall. They are wide open to enter. There are booth seats and a restroom. The restroom does not have automated door but does fit a wheelchair. We get takeout usually and the meals are plentiful and tasteful. We usually order chicken on fried rice and veggies with sauce on top. Never had a problem or had to wait too long. Plenty to choose from !

I love sarku Japan! This location specifically is super reliable food wise, and I can always depend on consistency with my meals. I love the chicken teriyaki and the dumplings.
The bourbon chicken and the rice needs flavor it's the worst I have ever had they need to use flavor won't be going back there and the staff doesn't speak English as all very hard

I will say the service and atmosphere was great nothing to complain there at all. The one time I wanna switch my meal and tried the fried rice and bourbon chicken ooo that meal was disappointing. I took two bites and just had to stop.
