Unacceptable Service!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at The service was not just slow; it was downright rude and disrespectful.

After being seated, I watched my food sit at the counter, cold and neglected, while the server prioritized customers who came in after me. When I finally had the chance to ask him why my order was taking so long, he completely ignored my question and went on to serve another customer!

To make matters worse, even the other customer noticed the unfairness of it all and pointed out that I had been there first. Instead of addressing the situation, the server rolled his eyes and dismissively said, “I don’t care.”

This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. It made me feel invisible and unimportant. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when you’re paying for a meal.

I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect. Save your time and money—go somewhere where the staff actually cares about their customers. Not recommended at all. This is the worst in Brockton areas.

This place is a hidden gem, in my opinion. The food is so flavorful and makes me feel at home. I've been here a few times. First time I bought white rice, black beans, and legume (plenty of meat). Second time I came back and bought rice with red beans and stewed chicken. They always include sides like salad and fried plantain, and I always have leftovers because the portions are generous and well worth the $22.

If you're looking for a fancy sit down Haitian restaurant with 5 star customer service, this isn't it. But if you want authentic traditional Haitian food that takes you to Haiti, then you've found the right place.

Side note: It is better to order food from this restaurant in person. If you do not speak Haitian Creole, I strongly recommend going with someone who speaks the language or else you may misinterpret their behavior and way of talking as rude. They are really nice people.

They suck assss they only attend to they own people they cut in line they communication is like trash the wait is a drag they cant speak no English at all how are they even functioning? Smfh

So so good! Everything I've had there is amazing!

This place is the best Haitian restaurant I have ever eaten at. The taste bring me back to my homeland and remind me of my childhood. I always eat here when I’m in MA. I love the food. Thank you for making Haitian food the way you guys do.

The service was alright, i wish they’d say hello or something when i walk in. a couple times i’ve walked in and no one says anything, id think that they’re closed. one time i did get service i got legume and it was burnt that day and it was very off putting. atomosphere sucks its on the side of a gas station with a lot of addicts around. they probably won’t bother you, but it’s a little sad to see.

I just bought this food at Sister restaurant for $22. I can’t even eat it service was bad and there was this young lady She was over the Phone the whole time talking over the food I was going to walk away, but I’m like it Haitian restaurant I’m not gonna do that. That was my mistake. I should’ve walk away the food smell like perfume the legume Was full with celery the smell was killing me I was hungry on my way to work. I had the option to go to a Jamaican. Y’all need to do better for $22. I should be able to enjoy the food, Not Throw it in trash

Don’t waste your money here bad service bad communication go to flames or Hartley or even jeano’s environment is super sketchy as well they have drug addict sleeping on the floor by the side of the building just wouldn’t recommend it

Worst experience all 5 times that I’ve ordered here. They s not me the wrong order every time even if the instructions says what I ask for I over paid for a griot after they messed up my order with a white rice with griot. When I call to get my order fixed. They simply said they can’t do anything for me. I was completely dissatisfied with their service. Poor customer service ever.
