november 2025 , for thanksgiving , i was at this restaurent for food , the customer service was impeccable and friendly. keep forward like that .

Food is usually stale. They use the buffet style of service. I should of known it would be sub-par. The restaurant is located in a gas station.

I went to the place to purchase my food, the guy at the register mistakenly overcharged me and he refunded me right after but at the time he was processing the refund he was so mean and was trying to argue with me witch I don't have time for. All I needed is my food and my change and go. He handed the receipt to me I only too the cash, I said : I don't want the receipt,he was advising me to take the receipt witch was good but in a very impolite way. After I took the food he left the register and followed me till my car trying to argue with me . That's very disappointing! I said do you want me to call police so you can stop following me he was still working towards me but luckily I was able to get in my car quickly but didn't know what was is intention. It happen today August 12 between 1:40 to 2:05 you guys can check the camera . But food is delicious 😋 😍 😜 love it!

L’atmosphère de l’espace est tellement brûlante en été pas de clim et en terme de service ils s’en fichent totalement, ils vont servent comme bon leurs semble, tu veux pas un truc dans ton commande ils le mettent et vous vous déciderez vous même si vous le jeter ou faire ce que vous voulez, ils répondent pas au appel et le temps d’attente fait pitié ! L’accueil même…pff

Especially the one in Randolph , customer service sucks, and the manger was unprofessional and very rude . Guys please save yourself the disappointment and stress do not go eat there …..

They just open a new location in Randolph , everyone is complaining about their customer service. They are very unorganized and rude !
