After a long day at work I came in for a quick coffee break. When I walked in everyone we’re smiling and very happy. It changed my whole mood and the service was beyond great. Thank you guys. I’ll definitely come back whenever I have a rough day at work again lol

Ordered my coffee on the app for drive-through pick up at 2:12 PM. The app said it would be ready at 2:18 PM. I waited in line and finally got my order at 2:38 PM. No apologies for the delay no concern that it’s taking 20 minutes to make one coffee. Absolutely ridiculous wait time.

Rude, incompetent staff. I've never encountered such attitude. There's no soap in the restroom, it's dirty, and I visited this place in the morning, there weren't many people yet, it felt like the restroom had been cleaned a week ago.

Absolutely the worse service/no service ive experienced at any establishment so far. There were atleast 5 employees there. Neither cared to ask if I or the other gentleman needed any help at the pick up section. They literally just ignored us and left us standing there several minutes before i decided to exit. Don't know what their getting paid to do exactly

I literally had to pull over as I just grabbed my coffee 2 seconds ago, my order is always made perfect (I hope I'm not jinxing myself lol) but I had to write this review because of an amazing barista Kiki (in the drive through this morning on 9/9) always makes my day with amazing customer service and a big smile every single time. She's amazing..Starbucks give her a raise, she's the reason I come to this location.

Nobody was there asked to use the bathroom, was told I had to buy something first. Told the girl I have a Starbucks card and have a headache I don’t need coffee just need to use the bathroom, was told no. Seriously, do better Starbucks!!!

I visited this Starbucks on a Sunday at 9 am. After getting out of my car and walking all the way to the door, I noticed the handwritten tape thingy saying “drive-through only”. I was expecting to spend some time there drinking my coffee and reading my book, but OK. Let’s try drive-through! I got in my car ready to place my order in the app, but ordering ahead was not an option at this location. Then I get in the drive-through to order the food and the line was slow! I understand sometimes places are shorthanded, but customer service should still be happening. After placing my order and saying thank you, the reply I get is “no problem”. I go to the window, no greeting, no thank you for your patience, no nothing. Is too early in the morning for people to be so plain and grumpy. I’m glad I don’t live near here so I don’t have to come to this Starbucks again.

I was at Starbucks today at 9:12 AM at the window. when I’m about to pay for my two drinks, the barista tap the screen on the card holder and she accidentally pressed $5 dollars tip. I noticed so I pressed cancel and then when I touched it. She said don’t touch that it’s broken and then I explained to her “you accidentally pressed $5 tip. It brought my total to $19 “she said “I did not press $5 tip “ I told her well my total is $14 and it came to $19 “. Then she started raising her voice at me escalating the problem. I tried to explain to her, but she’s continue to raise her voice and talk to her other coworkers, then she walked away when I asked to speak to a manager. I’m still missing one drink so when someone else came to the window, I asked to speak to the manager. She told me there’s no manager on duty. I asked who is in charge. She said I am. I said well you were standing right there you seen the whole situation why didn’t you come to the window? She said nothing then I asked her what was the girl name then she said she can’t tell me. I said “why can’t you not tell me you guys are wearing name tags.” She said I’m not supposed to tell you, you could read it.” I said “well I didn’t get her name. She walked away.” I asked for the manager name and when is she going to be in. She said her name and said tomorrow. This was the worst customer service I’ve gotten here! They stick up for each other when no one‘s in charge. THEY COULD BE SCAMMING YOU FOR YOUR TIP! WATCH OUT!!

I was trying to place a pick up order and as doing so they had a sign up for drive through only. With 4-5 workers in there. I’m not sure why but I think the app should be closed for in store pickup if the store is portraying that as well, and the lady was pretty much trying to signal me through the window that I would have to walk through the drive though, which I think is unprofessional and should’ve been a different set up for those who don’t have vehicles.

Starbucks is so high end. The products the coffee the food. Sometimes the prices aren't worth it...like a slice of lemon cake...but still ifs all about the experience. The people working here were a step above the standard and should be applauded for their efforts.
