Slow and orders are usually wrong
I came to have them remake my matcha latte and the manger anilda is screaming telling me oh well that’s how we make it and that customers aren’t right! I couldn’t believe her attitude and explanation of why they couldn’t get the drink right for the 3rd time. There’s matcha floating in my drink I’m slurping up chunks of Matcha. I go to the one in Fall River every morning and they are so nice and always make it right I don’t understand Brockton it’s so full of people with hatred and attitude and just wanna yell all the time. She really needs retraining and customer service I can just imagine who else she’s arguing with.

My order is never right when I come to this SB’s. Today my $6+ drink - iced caramel macchiato was all milk, not stirred, tasted bitter. Horrible. I ended up throwing it away. What a waste of time (waiting in the drive thru) and money. SMH!

Went in and ordered a pesto egg sandwich priced at about 4.50 they range it up as a turkey pesto with a 3.oo diff ..check the screen for pricing b4 u drive away

Through the drive-through, I placed an order for a white chocolate mocha drink with an extra pump of white chocolate syrup. When I called with an issue that I had been served the incorrect drink, the person who answered the phone requested that I come back. I told him that I was heading out for work. In response, he asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I was shocked that he had asked me that. I inquired who gave him the training for his current position in customer service, and if he doesn’t work for his paycheck. Let's begin by saying I apologize for the incorrect drink you had. What is your name? You are welcome to visit the next time you are in the region. He disregarded my request for his name several times. How unfortunate, because if that’s the answer you’re going to give someone on their hard earned money, then you’re better off working at the zoo with animals.
I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided and will not hesitate to recommend this Starbucks to others. Thank you for setting such a high standard in customer service!

Worst Starbucks. They mess up your order then they get mad at you for wanting them to make it over. Then they give you attitude.
Young girl on the window was extremely rude and unfriendly. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like working with the general public

I CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, AND PROCEEDED TO TELL THE CASHIER/MANAGER THAT I WANTED TO USE THE AVAILABLE COUPON AND SHE PROCEEDED TO USE MY EXISTING POINTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. AND THEN TELLS ME SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. AND TELLS ME SHE DIDN'T HEAR ME TELL HER ABOUY THE COUPON, HOWEVER I SHOWED HER THE COUPON AND SHE CONFIRMED IT. SO HOW DID YOU TAKE IT APON YOURSELF TO DO THE OPPOSITE, IF YOU ARE TAKING ORDERS AND DOING CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HOW ARE YOU A MANAGER AND CAN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM, IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING, BELMONT IS BETTER!

Virginia and team are amazing! My boys have been waiting for a month for raccoon cake pops and the team was just as excited as my boys to get them in. Service is TOP notch. Our favorite Starbucks to come to.

Worst Starbucks ever I’ve came here multiple times only because it’s the closest Starbucks and it’s always a long wait time 20+ mins before I can order staff have no sense of urgency , my food had hair in it! And the patio is always dirty . Also where the cake pop area is , theirs always flies roaming around and on the desserts ! Theirs multiple times my tea was made incorrectly! I hope it gets better !
