This Starbucks just isn't a good representation of a true Starbucks. The floors are dirty, service is slow. The hospitality is absent. This location seems empty and uninviting. You wouldn't want to sit here and get some work done.

Usually the I go to this location (using drive thru) during the evening time and the staff is nice and outgoing but today, this morning crew was nothing short of rude. I left without taking my order and went to the new location across from the high school.

Been visiting this establishment for years (back when they were located way on the other size of the plaza and far smaller). This hands down one of the best locations you can visit. Great service, great people, and amazing what they do given how frequent the traffic (online, in-store, and via the drive-thru).

The most absurd Starbucks I have ever been to, I have been waiting in the parlor forever for just one warmed up snack. When it is handed to me, it was thrown in me. I recalled I did paid for this, I didn’t ask it for free. (Avoid this place) Hope the lady that was throwing the snack is fired.

They are so ficking cheap with ingredients but will charge you for everything !!! Ugh I swear I will never buy their coffee again.

This has to be one of the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever attended.... there is coffee stains of the floor and the trash absolutely overflowing and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting... and to make matters worse it wasn't even busy in there ... the employees had more then enough chance to clean up . It actually turned us off as customers a d we left ... clean up this store .. take pride in your establishment.Update : a customer came and cleaned up the trash because they couldn't fit there trash in

I usually go here. They somehow never get my order right. I just politely remind them to make it the right way. I usually get a refresher with no ice, because my teeth are sensitive to cold things, and I like to save her my drink, and The ice usually Melts it down.The last couple times I have been here they have only half filled my drink. When I asked why they rudely responded “since you get no ice, we fill it halfway because ice takes up half of the cup “. Ridiculous.

I ordered through the drive thru and I had to wait at the window for almost 10 mins ( but I could see that they had made the drinks for the ppl behind me) and I got an easy drink to make and I know bc I used to work there before they moved…. And I spent 7$ for a drink that was not even close to what I ordered! I ordered soy milk and got regular milk… I ordered extra caramel ( and pd for extra caramel) and I barely got any caramel sauce…. And I asked for whipped cream which I also didn’t get…. So I know now that I will not be going back and will definitely not be recommending anyone to go there… the only good thing was the person who took my order at the window he was very friendly!!!!
