Me and my friend went to this Starbucks around 5:30 pm on Friday Dec 5th and lemme tell you whoever was giving out the drive through orders needs a raise a promotion or something good to happen I did not catch the guys name but literally the nicest person ever had the best energy and overall vibe and said the same about us.

Went here earlier today. Firstly, they didn’t have want my partner wanted to order, not the biggest deal but disappointing. They major issue I have with place is that completely had zero cares in the world when they made my refresher. They didn’t shake it, it was warmer than the room was when I took my first sip. It also had absolutely no ice in it what so ever. Where was very disappointing as well.

Holy crap. I thought Starbucks westgate mall was the crappiest service/no service ive experienced until I went to this location. Bring a breakfast so you can eat while you wait for your breakfast is all I have to say. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here unless your a regular then you seem to get your order ahead of people who've been waiting already. No respect for people's time. Unorganized. Respect to Starbucks customers because they have a level of patience like no other, wich neither locations deserves in my opinion. It was unbelievable

This is hands down the WORST Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of visiting in my life. The staff is rude, the store and their practices are gross, and the quality of beverage- what quality?
Multiple times I’ve pulled up to the window and staff are preparing food on the same surface their drinks are on, while eating themselves and no gloves at all- multiple times this has been an issue. Seems like they are severely lacking in competent management.

Was really disappointed with this drink from Starbucks. As soon as I got it, it looked nothing like the picture. It didn’t look nice at all, and I couldn’t even see the chocolate foam that I ordered. For something that cost $10.70 this was definitely not worth the money.

Usually the I go to this location (using drive thru) during the evening time and the staff is nice and outgoing but today, this morning crew was nothing short of rude. I left without taking my order and went to the new location across from the high school.

Been visiting this establishment for years (back when they were located way on the other size of the plaza and far smaller). This hands down one of the best locations you can visit. Great service, great people, and amazing what they do given how frequent the traffic (online, in-store, and via the drive-thru).
