I usually go here. They somehow never get my order right. I just politely remind them to make it the right way. I usually get a refresher with no ice, because my teeth are sensitive to cold things, and I like to save her my drink, and The ice usually Melts it down.The last couple times I have been here they have only half filled my drink. When I asked why they rudely responded “since you get no ice, we fill it halfway because ice takes up half of the cup “. Ridiculous.

I ordered through the drive thru and I had to wait at the window for almost 10 mins ( but I could see that they had made the drinks for the ppl behind me) and I got an easy drink to make and I know bc I used to work there before they moved…. And I spent 7$ for a drink that was not even close to what I ordered! I ordered soy milk and got regular milk… I ordered extra caramel ( and pd for extra caramel) and I barely got any caramel sauce…. And I asked for whipped cream which I also didn’t get…. So I know now that I will not be going back and will definitely not be recommending anyone to go there… the only good thing was the person who took my order at the window he was very friendly!!!!

I ordered 3 separate drinks and all came back. However, whoever in the back chose to make the drinks, none of them came back the way I instructed it to be made. This is why I will drive to westgate or stoughton just to avoid this starbucks. I will be returning for my refund.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Took them almost an hour to complete my mobile order, I watched other people walk in well after me receive their order and leave. When I said something I was very rudely told “it’s coming” the girl asked me what me order was I told her, she made my macchiato wrong and when I told her it was wrong she tried to tell me “it’s a macchiato” I managed Dunkin for 8 years I know what a macchiato is. When I asked for a manager suddenly 2 out of my 5 drinks showed up. Still took the manager almost 10 mins to come see what I wanted then when I told her “I have been standing here waiting for 45 mins for my order” she said “ok and what do you want me to do?” Ummmm MANAGE your crew, make sure orders are being completed together and make my drinks properly. I would NEVER set foot in this location again. I didn’t even ask for my $35 back I just wanted my drinks. I ended up late for work with one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had.

I am very disappointed, I always go to this location and there is always something wrong. Lady today was very distracted talking and laughing with her coworkers. Messed up my order twice, was adding extra items, I asked for frozen dragon fruit lemonade, gave me regular, charged me extra items.

The service is so slow it's embarrassing. 1 hour wait in the drive thru? Absolutely unacceptable.

45 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order had to finally go in. Drinks were melted ask to remake they said they would. Another 25 minutes still not done the girl screams we have other orders go get a refund and get out!
