Always love it here, my son and I go every Saturday. They are very nice and attentive to us. Very quiet spot. Baristas and manager are very nice and friendly.

The day shift people are something else (in a bad way)I never get my drink right but the people from afternoon shift are really nice and make my drink with love and right šāāļøI ordered a pink drink with heavy cream this morning and itās not even pink this is why Iāll only come here in the afternoon š

This place in two words: SLOW and INACCURATE. Worst Starbucks I've been to. You have a 50/50 chance they get your order wrong. The employees are slow and not attentive.

This place is great! I donāt normally promote corporate coffee, lol, but I canāt lie, this place is nice! They did a great job creating a third space in Brockton. This might be my new quick meeting spot. They also helped me out as an Aspirational Urban Gardener, lol, with used coffee grounds!

I seriously love this Starbucks, and wish I could give it 6 stars to balance out the haters and the whiners. The staff here is hands down the friendliest of any Starbucks. When I order in the morning, I am always greeted with a bright smile and sometimes a little message on my cup. The location is new enough that I'm positive most of the workers don't know me yet and they are just friendly people to anyone. They are quick, hard working and I am grateful. Well managed location!

I order a shaken esp all the time at this location and it has happen about 3x where they add cinnamon. I understand how they can get my order confused with a brown sugar shaken esp. Theres no cinnamon request on the label, is really upsetting.

I do not order on the app and I love Starbucks. My coffee is never made wrong and the people at this location are very friendly. I like seeing the same people when I pull in through the drive thru.
I ordered my drinks in the Starbucks app but they started to make my drinks as I was in the store for 10 minutes already. The people move extremely slow and they are lazy. There were no drinks on the pick up table and no customers inside the store yet my drink took 15 minutes to make. I do not have time to waste and I am throughly aggravated with my experience this morning. I was better off ordering with the cashier than ordering with the app. After standing at the pick up table for 10 minutes no one asked me if I needed help, they prioritize the drive through than the people inside the store. I HATE this location

Donāt bother. It will be quicker to go to the location on the other side of Belmont. I order on the app. I receive a notification that it is ready. I arrive 5 minutes AFTER that time. They are just making my order. Iāve tried 3 times and they had it prepared once. Then why do you notify me it has been ready for 5 minutes then make me wait 10 minutes when I arrive at the store? I get that itās across the street from a high school, but 1st, you shouldnāt be working on orders for walkins when I ordered 10-15 minutes ago and YOU NOTIFIED me my order was ready. 2nd, there were about 8 kids standing at the pickup area. This isnāt Dunkinās. Have a seat and they will call your name. Why arenāt they telling the customers this?
I was happy that Starbucks was opening a location across the street from where I teach but I use the app because I donāt have the time to stand around and wait. I need to be at school 20 minutes before the students. Either just inform your customers that you are ignoring the app or get rid of it.
As for me, I will be returning to Dunkinās. Iām done starting my day pissed that I once again need to stand around waiting when Iāve done my part!!
