Didn't eat today so I stopped in real quick. Definitely isn't the place I remember. Ordered the sweet onion teriyaki sub toasted . Didn't order extra sauce but for some reason he globbed it on, it's all I could taste. Didn't come toasted the chicken was cold and soft the bread soggy . I asked them to reheat it and the lady at the counter coughed on my food on purpose. Seems like I was bothering them so they can tend to the child in the back.Something is wrong here!~ Disrespectful

I was excited to try the new Subway menu items when I heard they had revamped the menu. We had received some promotional coupons in the mail for the new menu.So I figured it was a great time to use a coupon for "Three Footlongs for 17.99" that I had. The coupon only had 3 restrictions for sub options (the 3 most expensive sub options). That was fine, we were interested in trying some of the other signature subs anyway.When I arrived I showed the staff the coupon, the manager walked over and took the coupon out of his workers hand. They asked me what subs I wanted, I started to list off the 3 signature menu subs that I wanted.He immediately stopped me and said "No no no, not any signature subs, I will only do the create your own subs. I can not afford that". He then pointed to a small create your own sub menu that had very limited options (tuns, ham and cheese, steak and cheese, meatball, etc.)I pointed out that there was nothing on the coupon that restricted the selections and it only named 3 subs that couldn't be used. He wouldn't budge.I left and won't be back to this location. To be honest, Subway isn't fine dining. They are suppose to be affordable and quick subs. The only reason we decided to give it another shot was for the new menu items. I've read other bad reviews about the new management at this location. Clearly they don't care about honoring deals corporate subway have created, and they don't care about the customer.

This guy was so argumentative because I ask him to cut my sandwich he's like could you have ask me that when you were ordering your sandwich I said I was but you wrap the sandwich up before I had a chance and he just kept going on .I told him that I don't have time to step to his level. We're did the other owners go he would have never step to that level.

When ever I'm in Roxbury I try to stop at Ideal subs, even if the line is long. Worth the weight. Good subs.

I have had multiple bad experiences at this subway. For starters, the new owners are HORRIBLE. They are now overcharging for certain menu items and are accusing customers of stealing. One of the employees constantly stares at the customers with her lazy eye. In my opinion the new owners need to be fired. Until they are I shall not be returning here.
