The customer Service in there sucks and they have children playing in the back where food is stored, which I think is very unsanitary would not recommend

Ordered a foot long veggie sub, toasted. Tasted great, crunchy bread and tasty and fleshy veggies. Wish the pepper jack slices were added before toasting the bread. Otherwise, great tasting and satisfying sub for lunch!

This Belmont Street store number 40186 I'm disappointed in I ordered sandwiches and I ordered two pretzels footlong pretzels I never got the pretzels. The sandwiches were not wrong so instead of heating up a steak and cheese sandwich I actually heated up an Italian cold cut sandwich. And I'm going to talk to corporate on this because I was very very disappointed I got charged for pretzels and never received them so have a nice day

I went in there after work and went to get steak and cheese on a wheat bread. When I got to the vegetable part the lettuce was brown and I had asked her if she could get more lettuce in the back she said she just had open the package herself. But the lettuce was discolored and it was more than half way gone . Even though there was a whole empty bin where she could have refilled it with lettuce. She was giving me a hard time. So I didn’t get lettuce on my sandwich. I told her sometimes the package can have old things in it. When I got to the spinach it was mostly dried in top . I asked her if she can get some from the bottom she acted like it was sooo much work and still proceeds to get some dry spinach from the top. I asked her to pick out the nasty looking ones from my sandwich and there were so many. She told me I was being the most difficult customer more than 4 times. I’ve worked in food service and that’s not how you treat a customer. If you have what they like and what they are paying for give it to them and make them happy. Not making it seem like hey are annoying or it’s out of your way. And she didn’t even put it on the right bread. So she had to go change. If she just had listened to what I was asking the first time I said there wouldn’t have been any more talking from me.i asked to speak to the manager she said she’s the owner with a smug look. I walked out and didn’t pay for it like there was no need to insult me. Your food wasn’t fresh. It’s subway it’s eat fresh.

The sandwich was delicious but it didn't taste fresh which is very important when it comes to sandwiches. I ordered the Steak and Cheese footlong via UberEats, and some ingredients additions to the sandwich. The Subway Footlong Cookie was a 10/10, it was soft and chewy. It came with a fork and that's what I used to eat it. If you need something quick and okay with it not being the freshest ingredients, this location is for you. This is the worst Subway (Belmont St, Brockton) I've ever had to deal with. They don't answer the phone and when they do they will put you on hold even before you can say anything. Now when I call, it goes right into voicemail and the mailbox is full. I made 50 calls in a row and only 1 was answered and that was the one that was put right on hold. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! This Subway location deserves a ZERO star rating!!!

I find myself more and more unwilling to settle for less when it comes to submarine sandwiches. In full disclosure, I have worked at delicatessens for about 15 years of my life.The bread is poor, and that is something that cannot be compensated for by the best and freshest of ingredients.For the price paid, Subway just doesn't do it for me. Nearly $60 for a sandwich, chips and drink for a family of four. I can do better for the same price or less at many different locations.The crew behind the counter cannot be faulted - they have no control over pricing or ingredient quality. It's the chain. And it deserves to go away.

The gentleman that works here has phenomenal customer service skills - I feel badly he was working by himself but he remained above and beyond across all aspects the whole time, saying thank you in the kindest way!Also the sandwiches look deliciousPs- I don’t usually leave reviews but he earned this honestly. Great work sir!

This subway will be one ill NEVER go to again.Its my birthday and I wanted to get a sandwich and a churro.Went on my lunch break, i has told the guy i wanted two Italian 6” bread but he didnt seem to know what that was. I got it eventually.After that, the toaster did not work, and was not on so they offered to microwave my bacon, though it was still raw after.He also did not know what shredded mexican cheese is, and sat on the thought for 5ish minutes. He got it after i told him it was the one with different colors.I had no way to cancel my order now, so i just decided to say fu.k this and just deal with one sandwich.IT TOOK THEM 25 MINUTES TO MAKE ONE SANDWICH. So that wasted my entire lunch break at work, leaving me no time to even eat the sandwich. There was 0 line, 0 people in the store.it had mexican cheese, bacon, and turkey. thats it.I dont reccomend.

Im an ex employee of this location everything makayla said about the manager is true she doesn’t know how to speak too people she also doesn’t pay anyone until a month of them working which is ILLEGAL she also is narcissistic she can never be wrong and doesn’t know how too train
