This subway will be one ill NEVER go to again.Its my birthday and I wanted to get a sandwich and a churro.Went on my lunch break, i has told the guy i wanted two Italian 6” bread but he didnt seem to know what that was. I got it eventually.After that, the toaster did not work, and was not on so they offered to microwave my bacon, though it was still raw after.He also did not know what shredded mexican cheese is, and sat on the thought for 5ish minutes. He got it after i told him it was the one with different colors.I had no way to cancel my order now, so i just decided to say fu.k this and just deal with one sandwich.IT TOOK THEM 25 MINUTES TO MAKE ONE SANDWICH. So that wasted my entire lunch break at work, leaving me no time to even eat the sandwich. There was 0 line, 0 people in the store.it had mexican cheese, bacon, and turkey. thats it.I dont reccomend.

Went into the store than asked the young man which one of your breads are the freshest he said the regular bread, asked for a turkey and cheese, this kid gives me a steak and cheese nope I want turkey and cheese he than wipes off the steak and cheese and puts the turkey and cheese on the same bread I let that slide and you think he would do the right thing, oh hell no, thank he charges me 22dlrs for a lrg sandwich and bag of chips, now the worst part of this story the damn bread was like a saltine cracker, crumbs everywhere looks like I was feeding birds ? ?⬛ never again not from Belmont st in Brockton, I ain't eating this bull...t

The guy making sandwiches made weird comments about my appearance that made me feel very uncomfortable. I wasn't dressed inappropriately, just normal jeans and shirt. There were two women working there with him. One of then was nice, but neither of them called him out on it. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this location.

HORRIBLE customer service by the owner on 7/13/23 at 12:29 noon day. I returned 2 Tuna salads, in which the covers were not properly secure, then placed in a bag by the employee who fixed them, and then handed to me. I did not notice the spilled salads until I got home. I promptly returned to the store, and the owner did not won't to refund my money. She claimed I ordered the food a while ago, which was not true. Then proceeded to argued with me, and said for me not to ever return to her store after adding the money back on my gift card. I was highly dissatisfied & let her know that as the owner of Subway located in Brockton MA off Belmont St. her customer service was very distasteful. Not only was her attitude extremely rude, but the salads not being properly covered was a health hazard! Please note I had to select a star in order to proceed, but this is Zero stars.

I have been to this subway several times over the past couple years. Recently every time I go there, there is always something not working with the soda machine. There is also a woman who is usually always there (manager?). She is very rude to her employees and is not a friendly or nice person at all. The other employees seem like they are in a bad mood because of her. This woman does not seem pleasant or friendly and the atmosphere is always tense. It is not ok the way I’ve heard her speak to other employees who are mostly young adults still learning the job. Customer service is horrible at this location and they are pretty stingey with the toppings.

I place an order online. I go to pick up and they told me they never got my order and they can’t fulfill it. So basically I’m without my food and I’m out of money. And btw I had proof I paid. Calling corporate. The employees couldn’t help and were extremely rude. I’ll never return here!!
Typically this location is top notch. Today however it was a huge disappointment. I went in at 230pm and ordered a meatball sub and was informed there was 1 meatball left. I ended up asking for the garlic chicken sub but was informed there was no rotisserie chicken. Its 230 in the afternoon? I left without placing an order and went somewhere else.

Went here last night for first time and the two that worked there when I went(Thursday night 12/9/22) were great. Especially the blonde who's worked there 7 yrs. She really helped me BIGTIME and was real cool and down to earth. The other kid was a sweetie too. I'll most def go back to the specific one when I'm feeling like Subway sub. Which by the way have so many new looking things cuz it's been a long time since I went to A Subway. Anyhow.. yea... Def worth going there!!
