Drive thru order. Did not receive a menu item purchased. Quesadilla was undercooked, couldn't eat it. Cantina bowl not made to order. Recap- paid $30, half the order went in the trash, paid for something and didn't receive it... Safe to say, won't be back and the only reason they got 1 Star is because it is mandatory.

I work near by. They are constantly messing up my order. If I pay for steak I don’t want ground beef. I was over charged if that’s the case. I’m constantly given different drink sizes when my order is exactly the same. I just don’t understand how hard it is to read a screen and use the right ingredients I paid for. It’s a constant thing. I’m good on ordering moving forward. It’s also a rough area crowded by the teenagers from the highschool and police cars stationed in the parking lot.
Just do better. It’s really not that hard.

Worst customer service ever! Placed order and found out only after submitting payment that app took me to different location than where I started! Called customer service and was told they can’t help me, they don’t know how to use app, told me to call telephone number on app, good luck trying to find as it doesn’t exist! Now out $40. Will never use their app or services again!!! Felt totally taken advantage of!

The employees here take being miserable to a whole new level. After being greeted with a "Wha ya want?" (me thinking it was a joke) I placed my order and before I was even done speaking I got "that it?" It wasn't but after the comment it was. I was not addressed when paying and no less than 3 employees came to the window one time take my card, one to hand me my drink and one to hand me my food. None of them spoke and they all thrust the items out at me. Food was decent --- i know it's taco bell but come on! I won't visit this one again.
Last night we got Brockton Massachusetts Taco Bell to eat for dinner. I first observed the food packaging was really cold… took a bite and noticed I was choking on a piece of someones long hair that was in the taco. Not very demure… I had a bad feeling about continuing to eat it, unfortunately I did. I ended up throwing up really bad and got the shakes afterwards, felt like going through a withdrawal and my throat became sore. This is the second time throwing up from the same Taco Bell in Brockton. What should I do… what can I do? I feel like it’s a health code violation at this point

I am actually impressed. Stopped here on my way into town to grab food real fast and the food was delicious. I got the doritos loco tacos supreme meal and they were absolutely perfect. Thank you for a great little meal at a good price

I waited an hour for my order to be delivered inside the store, I went in as an emergency because I suffer from a migraine and I couldn't stand the hunger anymore, no one speaks Spanish in a gringo Mexican food restaurant, and when they delivered the order to me I was not satisfied with what What did I pay.
