3 of us went to this place on 1/24/26. The place was completely empty at 7:30pm so we couldn’t understand why the woman at the bar didn’t acknowledge us. She actually was on the phone looked up at us then walked in the back. We waited (against my will)for about 5 minutes just to see people huddled in the back looking at us. Definitely strange! We left.
The food is great, but the staff does a terrible job when it comes to taking orders over the phone. They messed up 2 over the phone orders for me, Lift me, unhappy and unsatisfied with their customer service cause if you spend your money on something, it has to be worth it.
Woaw the service is terrible and the waitress was so rude omg 😟 I was baffled. Not my own people treating me like shit hmmm 🤔
I recently had the opportunity to visit a particular establishment during a weekend trip to Massachusetts, based on recommendations from local acquaintances. The interior ambiance was quite pleasant, and the music selection was enjoyable. However, there was a slight delay in being seated as the waitress seemed to have some difficulty deciding on an appropriate table for us. Additionally, the service for our beverages took a bit longer than anticipated. The food, on the other hand, was satisfactory.

Kept smelling a horrific smell as I sat at my table and decided to look back to find a dead mouse. Before that my drink was replaced after finding a dead bug that looked like it could be a roach in it.

I don’t know what happened but this place is not the same. The staff are rude and don’t pay attention. My order was wrong. (There was only 4 of us at the bar max during my time here)… I sat waiting for a drink 15+ minutes. I hope things change cause I will not be back until then.

Very Professional people, and the place is nice.
Word can’t describe how pleased and grateful I was with the service I received from the manager Debbie to make sure my mom birthday celebration was a success. We had over 20 people in our party and she worked very attentively, diligently and professionally to make sure everything was smooth and nice. Our order was placed ahead of time to accommodate such large party and Debbie had everything set, ready to be served on time and correct once served. She was very patient with everything and made sure we all was satisfied.
Food was on point. Everyone raved and was pleased with their food choices.
Hands down to the cooks in the back making the magic happen up front with every bite. You will not be disappointed with any of the food choices 🎉🎉. 10 out of 10.
I will recommend Tambou Bristo for a fine dine in experience. This experience was a recommendation from a friend since I don’t live in MA but flew there to celebrate my mom. I will definitely go back if I’m ever in MA and will def recommend your establishment to my family & friends.

I was there for a private party. Food was really good. Inadequate service though. Wait times were long and server was inattentive and clueless of proper service. Before 10 pm, music was pretty boring. Instrumental yoga like songs were playing. A fashion show on big screen !!! Say whattttt ??? Not entertaining for a restaurant.

Unfortunately, our first time here was a letdown. There was only one server for the first hour, and it took an hour just to place our order—and nearly two hours to receive our food. While the food was just okay, the service was frustratingly slow. What made it worse was the automatic 20% tip added to the bill despite the poor service. We always tip, but in this case, We didn’t feel like the service deserved 20%
