Sigh… living south shore, Texas road house used to be the the to go spot for the Asian community around here but it all went down hill. My last visit was horrible horrible that ended up with the manager to come up to us to apologized and gift us free appetizers certificates. Which is a very kind gesture and she’s very good at her job. But today’s visit was another disappointment.. on a Tuesday night we walked in and was sat to a table right away. Waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us while our kids were dehydrated. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and main courses all at once. Another 20 minutes passed by, the waiter came back to tell us that they didn’t have any prime ribs and we had to reorder everything. So now 50 MINUTES since being sat, we just placed our orders. And they close at 10 which leave us about 50 minutes to spare from them cooking our food and us eating it. I don’t think I’ll be returning and it’s such a misfortune because we love the food and atmosphere here. But the management or I don’t know what’s going on is ruining the experiences.
There’s NO excuse for a family with kids to arrive before 8pm on a Tuesday to be ignored while being sat on a table and had to wait 20 minutes to order drinks and 40 minutes into ordering everything and being told they don’t have the food we ordered. Now my kids are sleepy and we were left with 30-40 minutes to dine and enjoy before closing. 2+ hours being in the restaurant and 80 minutes being sat at the table without our meal. Ridiculous.
And YES I still left a 25%+ tips for the waiter. He was great but the management sucks

Why can't the Brockton location cook food correctly? Ordered a roadkill well done and it was rare, ordered a steak medium rare and it was well done and dry. Cold baked potatoes with all the loaded toppings throw together in a bag! Lettuce cores in the salad. Thanks for ruining our Valentines Day dinner!

Your hamburgers suck. Nothing on them go together nicely. Nasty. Mcdonald's big mac is better. And your bread and butter. Why can't you serve white bread and plain butter and save the sweetness for dessert where it belongs. You have everything thing mixed up. Yuck. I won't order again.

Great experience. Stopped in to eat here on a business trip. We were greeted warmly up front, picked our steaks, and were shown to our table by Jason. He would be our server. Order was taken, and we prepar3d for our meal. The salad was fresh and crisp and oh so tasty. I had the 20oz bone in strip and it was cooked to perfection and just plain delicious, along with the baked potato, a well rounded meal, the potato was excellent as well, oh and did I mention the service was above and beyond. We lacked for nothing, drinks, salad, bread, I think it was the best experience at a Texas road house I've ever had. Great food and better service. Thank you Jason for making us feel as if we were your personal guests. Great job by you and the entire staff

Well here is the thing. My family was turned away from the establishment on my son’s birthday. After being moved from booth to booth and table to table my father was left to eat with his plate in his hand.
