The only truly Peruvian item at this restaurant was the Inka Cola. I asked the server several times if the chef was actually Peruvian, and she assured me he was from Huancayo. So I decided to trust her.

Unfortunately, the food told a different story. When the green spaghetti arrived, I immediately noticed it was made with cilantro and if you're Peruvian, you know that authentic tallarines verdes are made with basil, not cilantro. The flavor was also far from what you'd expect from a traditional Peruvian dish.

The steak was overpowered by black pepper to the point of being inedible. The huancaína sauce had no flavor at all, and the arroz con mariscos was so poorly seasoned ...again dominated by black pepper that I had to return it.
I told the server this wasn’t authentic Peruvian food, and to her credit, she didn’t charge me for one of the dishes.

However, this place should stop advertising itself as a Peruvian restaurant. As a Peruvian myself, I would not recommend it especially not to anyone genuinely looking for traditional flavors from Peru.

I went there and ordered chicken with rice and some fries. No one told me that there would be hot dogs in there.I have a pork allergy so when I ask the lady.Is this beef or pork? She tells me that it's beef and then I tell her.I have a pork allergy and then she flips it and says no it's pork so she try to fool me and make me eat it.So I wouldn't come back and get a refund.I didn't get a refund.I didn't even ask for one they can keep the money they took from me but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you don't even know if your rice has contamination of pork in it it just says alot about your kitchen/ this is me following up on there. Review on my comment. I do take caution when I go to places. But when your menu does not incorporate that it has pork in it. And even when I ordered it, I specifically did say no, pork, my girlfriend. On the other hand it didn't really matter for hers, but I could still tell which one has it. But what I noticed hot dog in it You don't specify to the person that it has both in it at the end of the day the only thing I need to take into consideration is not go into your restaurant, and no one should either. Especially because of your price and quality of food. But I think it's crazy how you don't take accountability for it. I take accountability for not being more assertive and not coming back from my money. But this is why I also see not a lot of people going there
The way you run your business shows.
