We hosted my mother's Celebration of Life reception at Tommy Doyle's in June. Planning an event from out of state could have been challenging but the team at Tommy Doyle's were communicative and responsive. The personal attention and service were exceptional. I'd certainly recommend Tommy Doyle's as a great place to host an event.
Solid 3/5 restaurant with too expensive of a menu.
I got the mushroom burger for 18$ for lunch. Over priced burger for taste, you would make the same quality of burger at home, it wasn't anything special or better than a 6/10.
I did enjoy the fries which they gave a lot imo and they gave pickles which is a lost art.
If you're not from the area, it's probably not the spot you want to go to but if you're a local it's probably one of your favorites.
Amazing food every time! Linda slings the best cocktails.
Ordered a scallop plate to-go for $23, got home to eat and there only 4 small scallops and a bunch of chips??? Not worth the price and not going back.
Went with cousins after a funeral. The food was good, the drinks flowed and the waitress read the group and was there right on time.
It was recommended to me, separately, by a funeral home employee and he wasn't wrong.
Quaint and cozy, relaxing atmosphere

We’ve been here a bunch and service is hit or miss. Food is good and we usually have a good time. We have felt forgotten at the bar a few times!

Went for our 35th Anniversary, hoping for their famous steak tips. What I got was, freezer burned, soaked in Italian dressing, overcooked tips with what tasted like boxed mashed potatoes. My order had to be cooked 3 times because the chef, with 30 years experience, couldn't figure out medium rare temp. 1st 2 times, they came to the table medium to medium well and both dishes has grey looking tips. Guess the old saying is correct, that the 3rd time is a charm, because I tild the waitress how the tips were to be cooked, to guarantee the temp was correct. Was also told by the waitress, not to order the vegetables because they are horrible, her exact words, horrible. Besides the horrible food (other than the popcorn), the table was dirty as was the booth seats, both were loaded with food crumbs, with something sticky on the table. This place has gone so downhill, I would not recommend at all and will never return. I mean Westgate Lanes has better food and theirs is terrible.
Parking: Tons of parking because no one was there at 5:00 pm on a Sunday.
