Got my food wrong after I spent $45 for my family. Then tried to act like I'm lying about a $3.00 sandwich please do your job looks like a hang out.

I’ve been sitting in this in line since 11pm, it is now 11:40 this has been the line. This location just needs to close.
Went to this Wendy's at 12:20 am for a late night meal. I use to ge regularly. Pulled up to the drive-thru window and was advised by that they were only taking mobile orders. I said to the person that the sign posted says open until 2:00 am. They replied: "Yeah that's only for mobile app orders. I said that's not true. I come here all the time late night. Got no reply back other that "sorry we are just doing mobile app orders. STOP FALSELY ADVERTISING TO CUSTOMERS THAT YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 2AM IF YOU ARE ONLY DOING MOBILE APP ORDERS. LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD!

It's 9pm and 2 guys at the drive-thru had horrible listening skills even when I repeated myself and double-checked before paying. They want to get upset when I hold them accountable for their carelessness as if I won't ask for a receipt. I will not be forced to pay for something I didn't ask for. If you give me the wrong size and I communicate that, don't continue to charge me for the wrong size and make me keep it. No, I expect it to be corrected. So I held up the drive thru till they either gave me a credit or refund. They can't voice their opinion on how much I'm asking back. Even if it's a simple dollar refund; I will not pay for staff rushing through my order and expecting me to deal with their carelessness. Nope. Listening well is part of drive-thru customer service.

The night services is terrible. We and my family left Good Samaritan Hospital after a emergency. We thought we would stop at Wendy's bad choice we were stuck in the drive Thursday for more the 39 minutes kept say hello no response 9/12/ 24 8:30 pm. Never again
My favorite quick breakfast spot to grab and go.
