My nuggets were dry looks old, the tall Hispanic guy was very rude and the short Hispanic lady. This location looks nice but the workers are very rude. I had to report them to corporate.

3 star service is NOT because of staff it is for the drive thru automated service. A few times I could not order specifics easily like catsup only or if you rattle off your orders like you would with a person the automated system can't keep up then everything from there is confusing and questionable if what you ordered is going to be correct. They really should go back to human order taking at the drive thru. Wendys in the colder months indoor dining is usually little to be desired. Most of the time soda options are unavailable and temperature is cold inside almost giving the feeling that they make it uncomfortable to discourage dining in. But of the 3 quick burger joints around here their burgers are the best in my opinion.

Went in at 930 am only one in store one car in drive through waited 5 minutes not even a be right with you... walked out also the area smells like a Sewage... stay clear

Every time i visit this place or door dash MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG my food was cold not even close to fresh the attitude of these employees like they are miserable is insane if i ask for something extra i pay for it nothing is free what is so wrong with following instructions on how my sandwich is made. I will NEVER order from here i rather go all the way across town where my food is fresh and as ordered. Even worse they made me wait 5 more minutes to the side because “ nuggets “ were being made again food was cold . Therefore save yaself the trip and throwing the entire order away !!! 😡😡😡

Fast food isn't always known for great food and getting orders right, but this location made me a Wendy's follower. Burgers and fries are consistently hot and well put together.

I don’t know what happens to this crew at 8:30, if this location runs out of patties or something, waiting 15 for a biggie bag is insane. The workers that are in there aren’t paying attention wearing AirPods, you can see them “check” the food but I’ve gone back for missing items. At least if customers wait make sure everything is correct

I'm not complaining about the food as it's always sub-par as usual,but the thing that got me fuming was the price for 2 cheap fish sandwiches and 2 cheap small fries that totaled ( with tax ) $18.79. My lord, almost $20 for 4 small items on the Wendy's menu ? The fish sandwich was gone in three bites and the fries a bit longer and they never asked if I wanted ketchup or sauce for the fries. Good bye forever WENDY'S, your prices far out-did the value of your meals.
