I don't really go to this Wendy's it was actually my first time. The service,respect and professionalism I received from a Amazing young lady named Lataiya was outstanding. Hope the next time I'm in the area and visit Mrs Wendy that I get that same treatment again. Thank you Lataiya. ?

I went in and did my order and when I tried to pay I was $5 dollars off so I called my mom to ask for more money because the card kept going decline and I stepped out of the line so other people could order. There were only two people and they got their orders. My mom got there with the money and the manager comes out of the nowhere to give attitude saying how “you had the money all along and just made us wait?” And also giving attitude to the person and the front desk for waiting on my order. She had literally seen my mom come in and give me the money to pay and she said that with attitude? If I had the money all along I would’ve just given it to her and not wasted my time nor theirs, neither would I have embarrassed myself by having no money. ( and got the food cold)

Went here tonight on this date 1/2/24, and had to witness a bunch of human primates act like hyenas cussing each other out, and joking around like they at party, all while there's a line of customers waiting on their food, including me. Hire some professionals employees or continue to get dissed. Way to start the new year stressing people out. #NotSoFastFood

Worst Wendy's location ever!!! with the slowest trashiest most ignorant workers typical Brockton smh do not go here! Terrible service and cooks food is disgusting and all the workers are extremely rude , went there and asked for a burger plain no cheese and they put cheese on it so asked for it to be remade got an attitude got left at the window for five minutes then told to pull up and wait for my burger which I then waited another 10-15 minutes without anyone brining me my burger so I go inside , told the girl was still waiting says will be right out while talking to other employees and ignoring me for another 5 minutes i then get her attention again when she goes to out on gloves and just then start making my burger I said oh no are u kidding me I've been waiting 20 minutes I want a refund and your managaer the trashy hood rat girl then tells me I should walk my f*cking ass to Walmart and make my own burger and starts cussing at me , then when u think couldn't get any worse the manager comes over tells me she's gonna get my money back while me and her worker still arguing then the manager accuses me of starting it which I did not at all which I explained next thing u know the trashy pos manager is swearing at me now and telling me to gtfo of her restaurant and i responded gladly this is why I haven't been here in years all you and these trashy people ruining cities like Brockton this type of trashy ignorant animal like behavior dosent happen at restaurants in the suburbs!
