What happened Westside? Your food used to be fantastic. Now, its awful. Like really awful. Your poor excuse of a greek salad that consists of huge chunks of veiny iceberg lettuce with green and red peppers with massive wedges of red onion, (which we requested without) and thats it, was Terrible with a capital T! And thats after we got over the pungent whiff of farts upon opening it. Is that from the chicken, maybe? And your large BLT sub comes with 4 pieces of bacon? Thats it? Oh and more onion wedges, a tiny bit of shredded iceberg, and a drop of miracle whip ? I cant even comment about the chicken lemon soup. Come on. Do better or get out while you can.

Nice people BUT I tried the steak tips and was surprised and NOT in a good way..dry and all you taste is salt and vinegar...horrible!..never again..if you love steak tips like me....I definitely DO NOT recommend their steak tips!..and they used to have these good big pepperoni for pizza but not anymore..most likely will not be going back.

We used to love ordering from Westside for lunch at my workplace. We're on the Brockton/East Bridgewater line and they told me today the don't deliver that far. I said you don't deliver to Brockton and she said we do just not all the way down Thatcher st. My advice call somewhere else if your not within a 2 minute drive of them.

Im being generous with 2 stars. Food is not the same as it used to be. Must be different ownership. Wait times are wrong. If its going to be an hour DONT say 20 minutes. Your warned. I won't go out of my way, and it was out of my way, to go here again. Also, the cleanliness of the dining room leaves something to be desired. Can only imagine behind the scenes. I had to wait 30 extra minutes for my order and now my clothing smells like old fryer oil. Good luck new owners. Your gonna have to step it up you've got big shoes to fill by calling yourself Westside.

Such a chill place to sit in and eat on hot summer days. Their food never disappoints, and they’re always super quick with deliveries!!
Used to be great! I think owners changed and it’s HORRIBLE. Last night the driver added extra money to my card after I tipped him in cash. My receipts are emailed, so I noticed right away. Had to call and argue with the manager. I got all money back, but never again. We order frequently from them. How do you steal from your loyal customers? The food quality is garbage as well. The salmon was burnt beyond recognition.

Last time I’m ordering from this place they have children behind the counter that do not know how to take an order. I ordered a buffalo chicken Panini got a buffalo chicken wrap and there was no chicken inside of it mostly lettuce and bacon the service and food quality in this place has really gone down the drains. It’s like they’re giving up on service.

May 15th at 8:15p.m. I called and ordered a large Hamburg pizza.Picked it up and brought home the Worst pizza I ever had.It looked o.k. on the top but the undercarriage was charcoal black and after one bite of tasting a burnt terrible pizza,it became a treat for my dogs. This place has gone so far down hill since the new owners took over.Not only is the food sub par but the staff is the unfriendliest group I’ve ever seen.I went in a few months ago to pick up an order and handed the girl a $50.00 dollar bill.She tells me they don’t have enough change to break it. She gets the girl in charge and she tells me the same thing. I ask what do you want me to do about it? She tells me there’s a bank right across the street.I left and didn’t go back till last night which was my last visit to them.
