I bought a cake and it wasn’t fresh, I put it on my counter and the next day it fell apart when I opened it up. I paid $40 for that 6 inch cake, I will never go back and I’m warning you, be aware of my situation

Our family has gotten cakes from White's for years now. I have also ordered two custom cakes on separate occasions, and they were able to create my vision perfectly (even better). Clear and responsive communication throughout the process. This place is truly a gem. I am always in awe of the talent behind the team! Thank you!!

Will never go to White's bakery again. They used to make your food fresh for you. Now everything's pre-made and if you don't get in before 12:00 they're sold out and refuse to make anything for you. When you try to call management they tell you sorry there's nothing I can do that's going to make you happy and transfer you to the owner who doesn't answer the phone and never calls you back. I would stay away

I had a really disappointing experience at this bakery cafe. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. When I was placing the order with assistance manager Brenda I asked a simple question about one of the salads. I got unhelpful response to make things worse she asked me to leave didn’t apologize or offer to fix it !!! I had a very upsetting experience at this bakery cafe , the assistant manager approach me in rude and unprofessional manner when I asked for something simple she didn’t like it and asked me to leave. Without any valid explanation. I was polite and had done nothing wrong, yes I was treated with clear disrespect. No matter how good the food, customer service like this unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming or respectful environment.

I havent been here in years and I am reminded why. The food serving use to be a decent size doe the cost and so i would say worth it. The taste was also very good. But a few year ago I saw they started to give short portions for the price. Now today I was in the mood went over bad got two 7$ slice of cake. The portion that I found later in my container was half of what I thought I was going to get. I also ordered two chocolate chip cookies and found mm cookies which I dont like. A 3$ cupcake was miniature and I got the brownie. I haven't tried the brownie but the tiramasu just tasted like white care with a little coco flower. Nothing like tiramasu. It was very disappointing. The strawberr shortbread was mostly all whipped cream. For the price and taste best to go to shaws or whole foods. The service was nice. Outside of the server giving me the wrong item she was nice.
