I had a very unfortunate takeout experience at this particular wingstop, I ordered a hour ahead because i’m aware of how long they take and they let someone else get my order and they took 40 minutes to remake it, terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here

Place is a mess. They’re charging top dollar for frozen chicken probably sourced from Tyson and fries with prepackaged sauces. It’s dirty inside and staff doesn’t care at all about the quality of the food.

I’m done with this location (Brockton). The place is always filthy, food is always late, orders are often inaccurate, staff not friendly, wings undersized, etc. I don’t know if the franchisee cares about that place but it sure doesn’t look like it. I gave it three chances and it was the same story each time.
This location needs major improvements all throughout. Drive to a different one if you can.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I have no choice. I’m extremely disappointed with my order that I placed yesterday. The chicken wings tasted awful ,the fries were burnt and stale.

Got a boneless wing combo 25pcs we got 20 instead… how do you miss 5 whole pieces out of a combo. Tried it twice this is our second time atleast the food was better first time it was over seasoned as heck this time were missing 5 whole pieces out of the combo… talk about free money for them lol would not recommend staff always has an attitude
