This was my first time ordering from Wingstop in Brockton, through DoorDash. I ordered what I thought was supposed to be boneless chicken. two types, 10 pieces of spicy honey and 10 pieces of lemon pepper The total was $26.25 to my shock and horror. The driver arrived and gave me this tiny little bag that weighed nothing. I looked inside the bag to find five little pieces of I don’t know what that didn’t look like any type of chicken when I asked the Dasher to return it. She said she could not. I called the location and they said I had to call DoorDash. Don’t buy anything from them.!!!!!! Wish there was a negative I give it zero stars when I called to complain I could hear the young girl in the background saying that a customer is complaining and that she couldn’t care less!! Manager did nothing as well beyond terrible service!!!

Food was disgusting, chicken was chewy and most of my chicken had a bunch of feathers attached. Food wasn't edible at all, never will I eat from this place again. Nor do I recommend anyone else to eat from here. You can tell who ever is preparing this food is there for and check and doesn't care about the quality of food they're putting out. It give -5 stars if I could

Should be a 0 ordered delivery driver showed up with someone elses order and realized when he got to my door i never recieved my order i called to get a refund manager said it would take 5-7 days to go back on my card 2 weeks later i had to call again its now been a month and no refund place is a joke apparently they need that 50 bucks more than i do i guess will never get wingstop again
the wingstop in brockton is TERRIBLE. absolutely AWFUL, the staff are rude, never pay attention the food is awful, ive only been there TWICE and both times because its the closest one near me and there was a piece of hair in my food, absolutely disgusting completely lost my appetite and I could never eat at wingstop again. it took 2 HOURS to get my food because of how uncoordinated the staff were, very slow workers cant do ANYTHING. DO BETTER.

I dove 30 minutes for substandard chicken. The ranch sauce everyone praises was nasty. The chicken was chewy and overcooked and their sauces were too spicy. Why can't I order a regular BBQ sauce? Why is everything spicy? I won't be returning
