The wait time was crazy, which is anticipated.I payed extra for flats and got half drums and half flats. The chicken was overcooked and did not have enough seasoning. My back up was the hot honey chicken sandwich and that was also a disappointment, I hardly could taste the honey and the spice. I fixed it at home by adding my own hot honey, more pickles and mayo. I hate to say it but Popeyes plain chicken sandwich is way better.My boyfriend ordered boneless and plain fries. He got cheese fries and he’s lactose lol.The girl in the front seemed new so we gave her the benefit of the doubt.I was just disappointed because I haven’t had wing stop in 2 year. I was craving it for the longest, since I live in New Bedford it was a long drive for such a disappointment.The bathroom was disgusting and the beverage area was needed to be cleaned as well. They had water in the tea machine, so that’s disappointing for me because don’t drink sugary drinks from the machine, I had no other choice but to add water and the Minute Maid lemonade together.It’s definitely a Togo place, so don’t anticipate on getting a seat/table, especially one that’s clean.

This place sucks. Find a better location. Every time I go there I’m always waiting FOREVER. Today I waited over an hour for fries. Kept checking for an update and they didn’t have one. Then the guy just made it. But I guarantee it’s not how I ordered it. I won’t ever go here again. Birdies is waaay better.

Worst expierence of my life, waited for an hour for 8 wings.
Kind of oddly funny I literally can't even order from Uber eats on the app stating. They don't have certain sauces in stock but I literally checked every one for wings. In the same thing happens it takes my whole order down. I'm guessing ordering has been so bad you can only go to the establishment to get food. But honestly what's even the point having it up on the app wasted my time!?

Placed a mobile order waiting 30 minutes after it said it was ready went to the counter said they lost it so they copied it off my phone and said they would make it right away… 20 minutes no food 20 more minutes they asked to see my phone again and that they would start making the order now for the second time I wish I could’ve just left but it was a mobile order so I paid on the app as I’m writing this it’s been another 15 minutes no food
