I went yesterday first time in years my son Ani order fish and chips Sat in our car to eat it no forks nothing went inside told the girl oh we do not supply that with take outs so I said then we eat with our hands. Went home 2 hours later my stomach hurt and I end up throwing up 5 times plus diarrhea. My stomach still upset.i have food poisoning. Never go there again

The food is great but service and cleanliness could be improved! Our waitress brought lemon I asked for in her bare hands. At least 5 tables needed to be cleaned when we walked in, multiple staff just standing there or walking right by then.

Place has gone down hill. The seafood pasta had no flavor. Portions are a lot smaller than before. Used to come often, but I won’t be back unfortunately.

I know they’ve just opened at the new place and short staffed. It’s not worth the wait I went in around 6:45pm waited about 15 mins to order than over an hour and 15 mins to actually get my food the portions were small and my husbands burger was raw!

The Clam Box, East Brookfield, Massachusetts is double hands down AWESOME! The Staff & Food is GREAT! A definite must visit if you're looking for a great place. You won't be disappointed. 👍👍👍👍👍

Clam Box, we’re disappointed! We eat with y’all quite a bit. Tonight my wife and I ordered takeout. We order a large Gulf Shrimp platter and it consisted of 7 shrimp. We’re disappointed because we usually order a small shrimp platter and the small is usually 6-8 shrimp (we each have 3 or more). I know this seems trivial but the Large is significantly higher price than the Small so we were disappointed and felt “jipped”. Any way of making this right? Picture for proof.
The only thing titanic about the fisherman’s platter was the portion of fries they give you. Disappointing $33 meal

We have come here for a few years now and the food was great. We loved the fried seafood and sometimes just stopped for ice cream. My son loves the fries and my other son loves the refillable sodas and ketchup. It’s easy going and roomy. The last two times something went wrong with our order and it took 45 minutes, then over an hour to get our food. They said they gave it to someone else and that person must have eaten it. I’m not sure how to correct that. We may try one more time, but if it happens again, we may have to give up. Paying for dinner with hangry kids is no fun.

While we were in town, we stopped to get some clam strips because they just don’t make them the same on the west coast, and I wasn’t disappointed. The building is showing its age a little, but we saw they were building a new one down the street. The staff was patient and helpful while we figured out what we wanted. The portion sizes are very good as well; definitely didn’t even think about leaving hungry. Next time I’m in the area, I will plan on stopping in again.
Parking: The parking is all out front and next to the restaurant with some towards the back. It could probably park 30 cars or so at most, so on a very busy day it could be a little challenging but they have take out windows.

Great place to get seafood! They had an amazing Lobster roll, which my husband preferred hot which came with melted butter. I got the regular size lobster roll which came with a mayonnaise base. The larger size is called the Wicked Lobster Roll. Much more lobster. Prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend. Also the lobster rolls come on a hot dog bun FYI . Enjoy!
