The food is great but service and cleanliness could be improved! Our waitress brought lemon I asked for in her bare hands. At least 5 tables needed to be cleaned when we walked in, multiple staff just standing there or walking right by then.
The Clam Box, East Brookfield, Massachusetts is double hands down AWESOME! The Staff & Food is GREAT! A definite must visit if you're looking for a great place. You won't be disappointed. 👍👍👍👍👍
We have come here for a few years now and the food was great. We loved the fried seafood and sometimes just stopped for ice cream. My son loves the fries and my other son loves the refillable sodas and ketchup. It’s easy going and roomy. The last two times something went wrong with our order and it took 45 minutes, then over an hour to get our food. They said they gave it to someone else and that person must have eaten it. I’m not sure how to correct that. We may try one more...
