I love the food here. I was recommended by a local friend and if I didn’t have self control, my bank account would be empty from the amount of times I craveeee Anna’s. It is delicious, offers HUGE portions, and very reasonable price.

Yesterday was so disappointing. Got a very skimpy burrito, very short on filling which was probably a good thing because the Carnitas was totally gristley/hard stringy. There wasn't much left in the container but the clerk said it was good, so i went with it. It was SO NOT good! No wonder she barely put any in.

Really good Mexican food place! Probably my favorite in Boston. The ingredients are fresh, less processed than other restaurant food, and healthy. The overall atmosphere feels

Sadly, I have to give Anna's two stars. I'm not sure what happened to them? Granted it's been a while since I've been in the area and had the opportunity of stopping by. Were they sold? I remember the men who would chop carnitas and veggies so quickly and efficiently. They would build the best burrito and definitely knew what they were doing. The staff seems to have changed and the people working there now barely know how to roll a burrito. The one I got came apart. The authenticity is gone. The food seems to be lacking in flavor. I would frequent the Beacon Street location frequently. Sadly, they closed the original.

There are two sides of the restaurant that make food, but only one is usually open. The one side that is open moves so slow. Anna’s has a very small group of people that still think they’re the best burrito in Boston but if they don’t start performing better, they’ll die like the rest of the burrito places in Boston. Horrible experience, great food.

Do not get habanero sauce under any circumstances. It was simply inedible, and I think I have a decent spice tolerance. Wasted a $12 bowl because I decided to add it.
Hola Hola
There was only one person serving and one collecting, there were 20 of us waiting in line for more than an hour as for the excellent food ?
The food doesn't taste the same. I ordered a spicy pork burrito and it had no flavor.

Annas will always be my favorite burrito but why do they only ever have one line open? It’s completely inefficient and wait times can quickly become close to 20-30 mins just to order.
