Warm and welcoming atmosphere and a go to place for a long study session. The service is wonderful and makes me want to go back every day. The food is quite fresh and the place smells like my childhood. I'm looking foward to coming back here during the school year and getting lots of work done while having a good coffee.

Tried a London Fog Tea here for the first time and absolutely loved it!

Super friendly staff, tons of small-group seating, and delicious pastries and treats! If you haven't been, I'd recommend trying the Athan's blend tea along with any of the cake slices. I stop by almost every week and continue to be impressed.

The food is very good but service is pretty slow.

Lovely locally owned business, great food, drink, staff and atmosphere! Tons of room with fast WiFi to boot! This will be my go to place when I’m in Brookline from now on!

This place has a rather rough, unkept vibe. Been here twice, 2 years roughly between visits, and it hadn't changed. Pastries look lower quality but only tried one and it tasted fine. The place was understaffed when I was there but more staff seemed to come in later. Wifi was extremely finicky but after 15 or so minutes I finally got it to work. I think I saw a girl leave that gave up. My phone had trouble too so I know it wasn't just my computer. My biggest peeve with this place though was that they seem to have quit using mugs since covid, and have stuck with plastic-lined paper to-go cups exclusively since. I brought my own mug anticipating this and the lady working was fine with me using it, to their credit. The espresso comes out of a Nespresso machine or similar and wasn't very good, def not worth $4.

Such a beautiful spot and variety of nuts in the baklava. The gentleman who helped me Tues evening (12/17) was SO helpful and patient describing everything.

Very nice cookies, very RUDE waitress.. ( the middle aged woman with blue eyes gives people dirty looks when you don’t tip her for take-out orders.)

When I asked about allergens they told me the food was safe it was not and I had to leave right away to go to the doctor very dangerous must fix because it’s a 5/5 place without that type of mismanagement

Excellent pastries. Coffee is decent, from an automatic machine, nothing special (if you are coming here, you are coming for the amazing baked goods NOT the coffee anyway!!). If you plan to stay here to study for a long time, bring a jacket because it is freezing in here all the time (they keep the door open even when the weather is cold outside). Plenty of outlets along the wall.
