The most delicious and authentic food around!!
came here before, the food is great, I decided to come back, the place accepts walkins, but because of my Hispanic appearance I was told no we don't accept walk ins, the place was half empty and yes I asked 3 couples in the line if they had a reservation and they all said no, they are just walking in! I couldnt believe it! Don't go over there unless you are white or Asian lol the owner was even there and he didn't care either!
Visited with my sister as we have heard great things. The place was gorgeous, staff were all so lovely, and the food was beyond brilliant! Highly recommend checking out this amazing and creative new spot, you won’t be disappointed!

Bar Vlaha welcomes guests with warmth and friendliness, offering excellent food and service at reasonable prices. The menu features authentic and delicious options, including standout dishes like loukaniko, meat pie, and trout. Recent reviews highlight a wonderful brunch experience with attentive and knowledgeable service that guides first-time guests through the menu. Guests enjoy trying various appetizers and entrees to explore more flavors, with praises for the chicken and tomato salad.
The atmosphere is enhanced by great music, though some visitors note that the noise level can be too high for comfortable conversation. The drinks are wild and inventive, mixing prickly pear, mandarin, bergamot, and tequila, adding a unique edge to the experience. Dishes like crispy oyster mushrooms with parsley salad and smoked eel served with sourdough and kapparosalata are described as simple yet full of flavor. Main courses, such as the crayfish dish with ouzo and tomato and the wild boar shoulder braised in red wine, are elegant and deeply satisfying.
Guests appreciate the warm and knowledgeable service, though a few mention minor oversights, like missing bread. Bar Vlaha leaves visitors curious and eager to return, telling a story rooted in tradition and authentic Greek flavors, with a touch of creativity and personal connection.
