The employees were rude as heck.. Gave us our fanta drinks (in a glass bottle with the hard opening top) without opening it first and after we had opened it they came up to us and asked if we opened it and they noticed that we already did, but with the grove that was already in the table and they give us attitude saying that we broke it when it was already broken, maybe you should have opened it before y'all gave it to us... They also were being rude towards the end of our trip telling us "goodbye see you later" trying to essentially kick us out early and cut our eating dinner cut short because they were being petty towards us.Parking: Hard to find parking needs a parking lot

Went here with some friends yesterday. It was a snowy day, and we were looking for a cozy place to get some nice Chinese food. I was recommended this place by a friend, so decided to give it a try. This place has absolutely amazing Chinese food that tastes homemade. we talked to the owner and she makes the food homemade every day, so nothing is stuck in a freezer for days on end. I think this made an incredible difference and how awesome our food tasted. Service and atmosphere felt like you were in somebody’s home being served food as a guest. Very cozy vibe and attentive service. The only thing is that it is a bit small, and I can’t see it seating more than eight people at a time.Highly recommend Wonton noodle soup was amazing along with their scallion pancake wraps. Honestly, you won’t go wrong with anything on their menu.Food - 17/20Service - 9/10Atmosphere - 6/10Total - 32/40

Would never step foot in this place again!!! They are very racists ! Didn’t even want to hand me my food and when I went to pay for my food I was asked to place my card on table instead of me handing it to her. Not only that we want able to wait inside for our food. Me and my daughter was ask to wait outside.

Maybe other items are pretty good... the beef noodle soup.. soup itself it pure soy sauce... super salty... you can't call it a noodle soup when you can't even drink the soup... the chicken dumplings with sichuan sauce is ok, nothing wrong and nothing special.. taste ok.

I drove all the way from Natick to Boston just to have Bess Cafe's homemade Dan Dan noodles, and it was totally worth it! The noodles were fresh and delicious. The sauce had the perfect amount of meat, and the portion size was generous. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere sealed the deal. If you're in the mood for amazing Dan Dan noodles, don't hesitate to make the trip to this cafe. It's a noodle adventure you won't regret!

Food was not very good and the ground pork on the Dan Dan noodles was served cold with chunks of solid oil still in it. Noodles were hot. The woman behind the counter was rude and didn’t realize I could hear her mocking me because I asked if she could add sautéed vegetables to the noodles. She did not add vegetables.

Food: 4.5/5 Food here is very flavorful and delicious. Their spicy wontons are a must order. They aren't that spicy, but the sauce is still amazing. I've tried their Beef Roll and it's a nice combination of ingredients. My favorite item so far is their Dan Dan noodles; can't go wrong with ordering this. It has plenty of minced beef along with a very good sauce. Service: 3/5 You go up to the register to order and the food is later handed to you once ready. Once you finish your food you throw away your own trash and hand back the tray. For a small restaurant like this, there is not much you really need to ask for. Ambiance: 4/5 Small dining area with a few tables. Perfect for dining in for a quick lunch or takeout. Interior is clean and bright. Overall Experience: 4/5 My go to spot for takeout lunch when I'm in the area! They do close earlier than other places though.
