Excellent selection of food, respectful and friendly employees. My experience was great enough to write a review, this is my new go to breakfast stop

The person who was prepping my food had a attitude and he didn't change his gloves after touching so many different things trying to find a item that was asked for

I personally like this place...but it's a store that sells bagels. Most of the people who work here are nice...but they're over worked. I've spoken to some of them and they say that when it gets really busy it's a tough place to work. They also don't make much...I think they rely a lot on tips. It's a tough way to earn a living. But I do like their bagels. I live in the area and I am near this location almost every single day. I don't go in it every day but I walk by basically every day. It's a nice area. Busy, but nice. Coolidge Corner. It doesn't get much better than Coolidge Corner in Brookline.

I have been to Bruegger’s Bagels multiple times throughout my time living in Brookline. However, when I went today I was completely appalled by the service I received at the establishment. The staff was being quite stingy with the amount of cream cheese they were adding onto the bagels, and when I nicely asked them if they could add some more, they gave me this attitude that I didn’t appreciate. As a paying customer I should be allowed to have my food the way I want. I later saw how much cream cheese they added, and it was enough cream cheese for an ant. It was completely unacceptable. Additionally, when I went to eat my bagel I saw that my egg was green. I had to take it out because of how suspicious it looked. Now, why should I pay for an egg when it isn’t even safe to eat? I hope this place changes because I used to really like the bagels. To anyone reading this review, if you still want these bagels I suggest going to another location. I found the location in Boston to be quite nice.

Had ordered this earlier today on Grubhub and I was half way done with my other half till I saw this and immediately threw up. Im pregnant so it was 100x worse since I already have morning sickness.

Bagels themselves were good but all the breakfast bagels we ordered were very bland and disappointing. I'd get bagels from there again but nothing from the menu.

These bagels are so dang good. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the service - every time I order from this location it seems like the employees are surprised I want food and make myself and other customers feel like we are inconveniencing them.Additionally there might be some health hazards present. To the left of the counter, as you order, is a window that lets you see into the room with a big ol pot where the bagels are made. You may also notice a pretty large amount of what looks like black mold growing on the windowsills surrounding it. I hope they are doing something to rectify this, or a call to the MA dept of health needs to be made asap.

Covid was 3 yrs ago and they still don't allow anyone to eat inside. Set your tables back up!Staff are also some of the rudest ppl and clearly hate their jobs. I don't think I've ever seen a single person there smile and I've watched them be rude to each other/argue right in front of me.

I visit this Bruegger's often. I learned that simply saying I have a nut allergy is not enough to say, I also need to request the person changes their gloves, that is a poor protocol. It should be automatic, the customer does not need to train the employe. I order my bagel double toasted, and one employee actually argues with me about it, every other person who waits on me double toasts it. Today was different, appeared that finally this person would honor my request. When she brought it to the register I asked if it was double toasted, and the response was it was well toasted. I asked the cashier for the name of the manage, and she told me this woman was the manager. I will never go back to this Bruegger's, and her approach to customer service is poor at best, which leaves me wondering what other poor decisions she makes.

The food was tasty, but the staff at this location needs an attitude check.

I have been a big fan of bruegers for many years. I remember going to it as a kid with my dad. We both loved the western sandwich. So why such a low review. Now when I order my favorite sandwich from grub hub I can't change the bagel the western comes on. The western is on an everything bagel which overwhelms the sandwich. But the grub hub app used to have the selection where you could pick your flavor but now this location has chosen no to allow that anymore. Do better!

Older bagel shop chain. Dated interior. Bagels are fine. They do catering with decent prices.
