I am a hospitality professional, and I have recently overseen a wedding that CBA catered to, so it will be a review from another point of view. It was a 100% kosher wedding, very large, and I was totally blown away by the professional approach of Josef and his team. No matter which question I asked them, they always had an answer, so they do know what they are doing (which is, believe me, a regretfully rare trait in a vendor). CBA koshered all equipment, ovens and silverware, brought their own china, their kosher food looked absolutely 5 star, their staff was always on the floor making sure the guests are taken care of. I wish I could add the pictures of food presentation, but I have to keep it as private as possible. Wow. Just wow. It was such a pleasure working with you guys! Having you on site made the lives of our staff so much easier. Hope I will work with you again.

We used Catering by Andrew for our wedding, and we were WOWed! The food, as we knew it would be, was outstanding -- nobody left hungry! Working with Josef throughout the wedding planning process was a delight. He made some really helpful (and delicious) recommendations, and we always enjoyed interacting with him, whether it was via phone, email, or in person.On a side note - I was especially impressed by how much care he put into making sure that I could eat the majority of the menu, even with my gluten intolerance. I never thought I would be able to eat my own wedding cake, but the gluten free wedding cake they provided was delicious!I can't wait to go to another wedding catered by Andrew, because I know the food will be delicious and the service will be excellent.

Catering by Andrew did an excellent job recently with catering a certified Kosher lunch for a workshop we had with clients coming from Israel! The deli platter was a beautiful spread of meats and came with two lovely bread options. The tuna salad as well as the pickle platter were also total hits! I highly recommend Catering by Andrew for any of your Kosher needs if you're in the Boston area. This was one of the few places I could find that is truly blessed by a rabbi and delivers the food with the proper seal and everything!

I hired Catering by Andrew recently for one large professional client event in downtown Boston with an upscale audience, and then one personal family event to a casual audience. Their service, professionalism and talent at choosing just the right menu (food and beverage choices) are outstanding and I intend to use them at my future events. As a longtime customer of Catering by Andrew (CBA), no caterer In Boston can pull off as delicious & professionally produced bar-or b'not-Mitzvah celebrations or weddings. At both my children's weddings, our guests, particularly those from New York ( who think they've experienced it all) exclaim how fine food and lovely the presentation is. Unlike many other catering establishments, Andrew Weiner unusually maintains his serving staff as full time employees. That investment creates a remarkably professional serving staff, who consistently maintain a polished event, where guests experience flawless service, which enhances every event. Andy Weiner listens well to our input, succeeding making each event unique, a remarkable talent seeing that we've been guests at plenty of other weddings and bar/b'not mitzvah celebrations. Andrew has the talent and cleverness to add the perfect touch to each event. For example, my son's June bar-mitzvah fell on an unusually hot day. Our family + guests walked about 1/4 mile to the reception location, where to my delight, the staff met us and our guests at the front door, with trays overflowing with fruit shaped miniature sorbets served on thin sticks to refresh all the 200+ guests & family from the heat we entered the reception room. What a creative, elegant move by Catering by Andrew, with no extra change to total cost of the event. I hope this illustrates the degree to which Andy cares about each occasion from beginning to end, tweaking the event in real-time to make your event extra-special. I echo other delighted clients of Catering by Andrew to use this catering service for your next event, large or small. Think about a catered post-Covid-19 dinner, with friends/family a special stress free event.

Ordered 2 salads (1 tuna, 1 salmon) and onion rings via Grubhub tonight. Onion rings were crispy and quite good. The tuna salad also had great flavor. The salad portions, however, are incredibly small given the price. Charging almost $17 for a salad that is the portion of a side salad is a bit ridiculous (see picture). Additionally, the salmon salad tasted very fishy - I love salmon and found the taste to be extremely off putting, which indicates to me the salmon is not the freshest. This place has potential and maybe had an off day, but I probably will not be purchasing food from here again.
