Everything here is about five dollars or more. Besides it being expensive, there isn’t many choices in regards to cookies muffins, those sorts. I got a coffee roll, and I pointed to the ones that looked moist, but she gave me one from another pan. I didn’t think much of it because I thought if it was old then why would you do that to a customer?
Well, let me tell you this coffee roll is a stone. It was five dollars and it’s going in the garbage because I cannot eat this as it tastes so dry!! I’m highly disappointed and I won’t be back.
I don’t know if she did this on purpose as she did mention that they were a kosher bakery and when she said it, there was some bite to it. Do with that information as you will.

I am saving this place in my phone, because I am SO glad I found it!!!! They have challah breads of all kinds: raisin, chocolate chip, onion and poppy seed, large, small, and even teenie tiny rolls! They also have poppyseed pocket cookies that my mom used to love when we were kids. Totally coming back!!! Very friendly staff too :-).

Challah was dry and crumbly

The frozendough is delicious! Soft and sweet with a lovely crunch from the sugar and cinnamon dusted on it. I also got a mini braided challah, which had a lovely light and even texture with delicious flavor.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming!! Today I was having such a bad morning..migraine, didn’t have time to eat before work and overall was in a pretty grumpy mood. Decided to stop in for cookie as a treat to brighten up my day a little and the cookie was great but the staff was amazing! So friendly. One of the employees offered me some sample cookies.. she didn’t know it but I only had enough for 1 cookie on my card and this was all I was gonna eat until I finished work. I work alone all day so sometimes these small little interactions make my day the most. Cookies are great and the staff is wonderful. Can’t wait to try the challah bread! Definitely will be back

The challah texture is light and cottony, and the flavor is superb. It’s often possible to get a loaf which came recently from their ovens.

This is a wonderful neighborhood bakery that has been serving their community for many years. They recently experienced a fire but they are back and better than ever. Check them out. You will not regret it.

This bakery makes such delicious rugelach and hamentaschen, and the owners are such sweet people. I live in another state and have my friends bring me baked goods from the bakery when they come visit. Love Cheryl Ann's!
