What a joke. Returned to store to get correct order only for them to barely understand?! Why are people working in stores correction doing food prep requires several things cleanliness, a good command of language.. comprehension and filling orders correctly

I ordered mini bagel bites and when they forgot my order they refused to give me what I paid for until I paid a second time. In the end they agreed to make what I paid for (which they clearly knew was bagel bites since we had talked about it) but gave me egg bites with bacon in it to be petty. I can not eat bacon so I wasn’t able to have the food I spent 20 minutes waiting for. One of the staff members was very kind, the other however purposely gave me the wrong food.

This is by far the cleanest, well maintained, friendly, professional, amazing group of people and cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to thousands. Whoever owns this establishment you need to give the three people that were on duty on Tuesday September crap I don’t know what it is either way. It was two young ladies and a man and they were awesome. I give praise and praises do and praise is definitely due for this place 10 out of 10 even though I only get five stars, I’m gonna give you guys 10 in each column. Keep it up.

I made an order through the dunkins app. I ordered a regular iced coffee today and instead got something that tasted nowhere near like coffee, it tasted like chocolate. Very disgusting. I also ordered a chicken ranch croissant stuffer and instead got a chicken wrap. I’m very disappointed with the service of this location. Stay away from this location

Service always slow here, every time I order ahead on mobile for a simple donut. It still takes like 20mins . They don't even prepare the mobile order based on time. Just scatter the receipt and work on whatever they see.
