I walked in, the lady that took my order was very nice and kind. I went off to the side to wait for my order and went on my phone. I went on my phone and was focused texting someone. I don’t notice the lady calling out the my order , as i notice i walk over to her and as i try to apologize while approaching she yells out the order aggressively with much attitude. She then says something about my phone to her coworker in another language. I’m taken aback by her mannerisms but try to brush it aside. I then grab my egg and cheese on an english muffin. I left and went to eat it, the worst i’ve ever had, cheese and egg were cold and the english muffin was so dry. Overall, my worst experience at Dunkin. I will never be stepping foot in that Dunkin ever again

This location doesn't seem capable of identifying their Multigrain bagel. Every morning I order a sandwich on one, and at least half of those moments, I'm left to choke down an everything bagel.
Figure out your stock, guys. Your customers should not have a better grasp of your offering than you do.

Honestly, this wasn’t the iced coffee I expected. I’ve given this location three chances, but it keeps disappointing. I’m a big fan of Dunkin’s iced coffee, but something about this spot ruins it for me. The coffee is way too strong—much more intense than at other Dunkin’ locations.
The service is friendly, and food orders come out well, but the drinks just don’t measure up. I don’t know why the iced coffee here tastes so different. It comes out strong, tart, musty, and overwhelming—not the smooth, balanced cup I usually enjoy from Dunkin.

My visit to this Dunkin has been one of the worst ones I have ever had. The coffee I ordered was terrible. Additionally, had ordered 6 different items in my order and the shop basically did not provide 2 of the order items.
Given there is another Dunkin half a mile down the road, I would recommend choosing the other one.

I’ve had missing items a few times here. Today the donut was missing when I went to pick up and the latte I ordered was made with the wrong syrup. She insisted it wasn’t, but it was coconut when I ordered caramel. Photo of their donut attached. Was supposed to be strawberry frosted, but where’s the strawberry?

Kid-friendliness: Being a teen it’s always amazing when workers are nice and don’t act like I’m wasting there time
This location has gotten so bad within the past few months it’s not even funny. They are NEVER open on time and I get out of work at 6am, they are supposed to be open by 5am. & when they are open by 6am and still can’t make sandwiches is just PURE laziness of the workers who open. If the morning shift ain’t for you don’t apply for it. This is a everyday thing. I’ve come to learn to stop at a different location hopefully owned by different owners.

Horrible service! People don't pay attention there even the manager is in his own world. I had to wait a good two minutes until I was serviced. The girl who makes the coffee there is terrible. She serviced people who came before me and when the cashier asked her about my coffee, she gave her an attitude. I asked for three caremel swl but It's clear that she didn't put three because my iced coffee was not sweet. The only great person is the cashier and of course she looks like me so I'm not surprised.

Ive gone here several times! The more i go the worst it's gotten. Waited 30 mins for an avocado toast on top of the 10 mins it took me to get there as it was an online order. Then i get an untoasted bread with avocado smeared everywhere. Everytime i order an ice Tea it taste like it has been mixed with coffee, almost just taste like dirty water. The staff is very rude and they are just back there talkimg ans laughing and not paying attention. Ive been there 4 times because its close to my work but i will definitely not go again. Fire the staff!!. They dont want to be there!

I was wondering how can a small coffee be 5.00 I asked the lady goes yea knowing she didn’t understand what I was even talking about. I will never go here again it’s always something so sad good service these days so hard to come by.
