On a recent visit to this store, we saw multiple pieces of paper trash on the floor as soon as we entered the front door. It made the whole visit unappealing. The selection of donuts wasn't good so we ended up getting a corn muffin in addition to 2 donuts for takeout.
When we got home, we saw the sad looking donuts and muffin in the bag. The French Cruller was undercook. It was half the normal height and had a strange texture. The old fashion donut was ripped in placed but tasted fine. The worst was the corn muffin which did not even look like a muffin. There was no muffin top dome and was dense, dry and small. It's obvious that it wasn't baked properly.
For such a large and long operating chain, I can't imagine how this store can have such poor quality subpar food compared to other Dunkin stores. One would think that all the donuts would be fairly similar across all their stores.

Just a perfectly average dunkin donuts outlet. Staff was polite and friendly and promptly made our order.

One morning I walked in and ordered. The team was fantastic, great customer service and they were quick. The following morning I ordered mobile through the app, and they were still quick, even with the amount of people inside when I arrived. Everyone was out within minutes! Still great service and my coffee order is exactly what I expected both mornings!

Had an overall mixed experience at this dunkin. Customer service was pretty bad, with the person working the register seeming very disinterested in us, and having a rude tone of voice. They didn't let us choose the flavor of our munchkins which made me kind of sad :(
The hashbrowns we got here were surprisingly yummy! But also the munchkins tasted kinda stale and cold.

Waited 15 mins after placing my order. Along with people that were there way before me. What’s the point of placing an order before you get there only to wait? Fully staffed store yet everyone was just walking around. Young man was wearing gloves to bring out trash then started making coffees wearing the same gloves. Nasty AF. Good thing he didn’t make mine. I drive 10 down to the one in mass. Made quicker and 50 cents cheaper. Won’t try this one again
