Had an overall mixed experience at this dunkin. Customer service was pretty bad, with the person working the register seeming very disinterested in us, and having a rude tone of voice. They didn't let us choose the flavor of our munchkins which made me kind of sad :(

The hashbrowns we got here were surprisingly yummy! But also the munchkins tasted kinda stale and cold.

Waited 15 mins after placing my order. Along with people that were there way before me. What’s the point of placing an order before you get there only to wait? Fully staffed store yet everyone was just walking around. Young man was wearing gloves to bring out trash then started making coffees wearing the same gloves. Nasty AF. Good thing he didn’t make mine. I drive 10 down to the one in mass. Made quicker and 50 cents cheaper. Won’t try this one again

Best Dunkin staff ever!!! I had to get 45 gift cards for students and this Dunkin staff, especially Franklin, had so much patience and care with loading and validating each gift card one by one by for me. I was thinking I might have to split up to a few locations to get this done but they had me covered here! 10/10 service! ?

I was utterly dismayed by my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts. Not only was my donut undercooked, but the kitchen was shockingly filthy. The countertops were grimy, and there were visible food scraps and spills left unattended. This blatant disregard for cleanliness is not just unappetizing but poses serious health risks. Dunkin' Donuts needs to address these hygiene issues immediately, or they risk facing serious consequences. Customers deserve better than this, and I will not hesitate to report such neglect if improvements are not made promptly. Additionally, I demand a refund for my unsatisfactory experience. It's imperative that Dunkin' Donuts take swift action to restore trust and ensure that every customer's experience meets basic cleanliness and food safety standards I want a refund!.
