I had to get 45 gift cards for students and this Dunkin staff, especially Franklin, had so much patience and care with loading and validating each gift card one by one by for me. I was thinking I might have to split up to a few locations to get this done but they had me covered here! 10/10 service! ?

The experience I had here was pretty good. Franklin has a cheery and positive attitude and that is a great way to start off the day. I will be coming back here to get a dose of that serotonin again ?Though, I was a little worried today because he seemed off and I saw him crying. I hope he is okay.
