Possible one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Atrocious service. Burned app. Pizza outta the freezer? A box? A can? Don’t.

Place is doo doo, but the bartender is the glue holding a sinking ship together
Cozy neighborhood gem in Brookline Village!

Horrible experience at Sunday brunch - we ordered coffee it took 20 minutes and she forgot to bring the coffee twice - food took like 40 + minutes and the huevos rancheros had 1 egg and about 1/10 of an avocado tiny serving - we asked for an extra egg and extra avocado and they never brought it. Won’t be coming back.
Had to wait for 10 minutes before the (sadly only) staff person decided to bring me a menu, only to find out that they didn't serve the lunch menu anymore at 2pm. Luckily there is a Japanese restaurant around the corner with great service and great food.
Excellent service, went with a large group and they were very accommodating & food was great! Loved the humus and the edamame dumplings for apps
We sat the bar for some drinks and dinner. Ordered 2 entrees and some sides, waited more than an hour, only for them to tell us the food was never put in. So why did they take our order??? Paid and left, and they did not even care or try to fix it. Not coming back here again even though I live in the area

Food and ambience were great! Service was slow but not awful. Overall really nice restaurant.
The servicer was very nice but had ZERO attention to detail. They served me a beer that I didn't want. My wife also received a meal that she couldn't eat (even though we stated allergies beforehand).
Literally some of the worst service I've ever had we had the bartender check in with us in the dining room more then we saw our serve, couple that with a Cesar wrap that they put spinach in because they ran out of Romain and when given the choice between Kale and Arugula they randomly gave spinach, and a warm poke bowl because the rice was hot, made for a horrible experience. We sat without water for 35 minutes and it took almost 40 minutes to get our first round of drinks at an almost empty restaurant. Will not be returning.

Had dinner with a friend and the food was excellent! We were here in October so there were some Oktoberfest-inspired specials. The pretzel bites were fantastic. I had the mac and cheese, which was out of this world, and my friend had the crispy fish sandwich, which had a perfectly zesty dressing and a nice, light piece of fried fish. Nothing was too heavy. The cocktails were also excellent. I've had many espresso martinis in my time, and this was up there. Went great with the pretzel bites. The pear martini was also great with food. The cheesecake and the tiramisu you could tell were made in-house.
It was a bit louder than I'd have liked; we had to should a bit to hear each other, but it wasn't unbearable. I just wish they'd seated us in a better spot. There were plenty of options available and they kind of stuck us right next to the kitchen/bathroom area. There's definitely a preference for larger parties, I think.
Service was great! Our server was attentive and when we asked for advice on the food, I could tell they were honest and not trying to upsell us on anything.
Would definitely recommend if you're in Brookline. It's a bit removed from the busiest section of Coolidge Corner so the area is a bit less inundated by tourists and college students.

Decent food but nothing special, what really did it for me was that they brought me Lipton tea, the cheapest tea bag you can ever get.

Came for brunch while visiting in town, the drinks were good, and the server was lovely, but the food was meh. It was good, but idk if they were busy or something as it all was overcooked and inaccurate from what was described on the menu. The ambience was nice though. I would come back and try again, but maybe order something different

I just wanted to note, this place has the most awful nachos I have ever had. They are made with some kind of cheap cheese sauce, sweet jelly, and black beans. Where is the salsa? Where is actual cheese? Please do not order these. I will now try to blank out the experience because they were uniquely gross.
No other complaints. Staff, space, service all good.
