The food is fresh, vibrant, and flavorful and the aromas are always enticing. There's plenty of options to tempt your palate. They offer a variety of appetizers, entrees, and rice and noodle dishes that are so tasty it's hard to put your chop sticks down. The service is friendly and efficient. The ambiance is bright and cheerful. We've always had a great meal and a wonderful time at Golden Temple and we'll be returning for more.

We were a party of 6, 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, 1 no seafood the rest of us will eat anything. We had the best time. The food was great. They were able to take egg and pork out of some dishes because everything is made FRESH! The gorgeous owner came over and spoke to us for a while, she is a star! I can't wait to go back! Get the green tea noodles!!!

Our family loves the food at the Golden Temple. The service was good but not amazing. We were placed in the back of the restaurant because we had a large party. This area did not have much of an ambiance. But nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Good service, nice place, great drinks. I ordered the Special Pad Thai had no peanuts nor peanut sauce so it was tasteless but other than that the food was fresh and service was fast.

This is a large restaurant in Washington Square. It offers classic Chinese American options. The food is very good, the portions are large, and the cocktails are first rate too. Service can be slow and disorganized at times, but this remains a very reliable dinner choice.

Smelled like cigarettes, fairly expensive for what we expected food wise (it was just like any other American-Chinese restaurant we had been to), the drinks were way over priced. Glad we tried it, probably won't be going back.

Pre order the Golden Temple spareribs! Nothing better in any state!! Old schoool Cantonese family owned and owner herself came out to talk with us! Just incredible!

Ordered here for my husband’s birthday, the food was decent, over priced but decent. We ordered a Mai Tai, and it was less than 8oz for $15, wild!

Ordered takeout chicken fingers shrimp fried rice and small lobster sauce came to almost $45. Food was in small containers small portions. Not worth the price. Use to eating here not any more. Too expensive and small portions of food.

Not happy. We’ve been ordering from Golden Temple for years. Today we received an order and the containers were smaller. I called and asked and they told me they did not drop in size. So they were not being honest. The prices are already the highest in the business. We were willing to pay that. But reducing the size, not saying anything about it, and then being dishonest about it when we ask, is too much. We won’t be going back.

The food taste was so bland. There was no taste to any of the food. The ribs were not good and fatty. The egg rolls seamed as if they were frozen and re-heated. Chick fingers had no taste. In general the food was just fair to poor. This was my last visit to the Temple. Lastly. The prices for the quality of food was a complete hold up. Sorry for the bad review after frequently eating T the Temple for over 30 years.
