Amazing taste and mix consistency!
Always makes me sick. Not enough options that don't include chocolate. Slow service. Expensive for the offering.
Great ice cream let down by poor service staff. Came in at night to buy a tub of ice cream back. I asked the staff which flavour was popular and she gave a sarcastic response. When i went to pay, the cashier snatched my $20 note as if it was owed to her. Will not visit again.
You can call in orders for pints for pick-up without waiting in line. Very good ice cream and coffee. Also excellent vegan 'ice cream'.
As good as the ice cream is at J.P. Licks in Brookline, it is the people who work there that make this place special.
Very interesting shop. A lot of vegan options.
No yogurt tried 4 times! Wellesley location is awful!
Nothing is wrong with the ice cream of course. But the young lady working tonight had the absolute worst attitude. Did not like the customer service at all.
My preschool son wants to leave this positive review about JP Licks: "You can eat so much ice cream, one scoop or else it will drop. not too many flavors. two or three flavorrs or five also you can put toppings. you can put 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 or 13 or 14 toppings. and also you can go to any place you want only if at night or at day if they are closed. also some people are nice that you can meet. so have a great day at JP licks, bye!- Calvin"

The ice cream was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend.
The cashier (blonde hair in a bun with piercings, white t shirt, green lettering) was hella rude and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. The tables were filthy too. Both employees seemed annoyed when I expressed that I was unaware of there being different scoop sizes. Grow up.

I didn't understand why the menu said that the sundae with two flavors was almost $10 and when I went to pay they charged me $21... I ordered exactly what it said was included: 2 flavors and 2 toppings. I thought it was absurd that they charged me $21... I won't go back and I don't recommend it. The menu says one price but they charge you double.
The one time in years I decide to go to JPLicks, I chose to order a frojo and it's completely full of coffee grounds (bad for you). The staff was nice though.

Took our friends here for dessert on Saturday evening, we’re regulars and wanted to show our friends from out of town. The lady serving was borderline rude and rushed through our order so she could get back to the back room chat. You can’t fault the ice cream but we left feeling embarrassed that we had recommended the place.

The food was great, the service was awesome. They were quick with the service once they knew what we wanted (first timers). A good amount of seating too.
Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner though.
