Great ice cream, especially dairy-free! Delicious options and friendly staff.
Today, Feb 02 2026 at 12:30pm, I had an unfortunate situation here. The attendant was rude, proceeded like she wasn't up to work.
This is the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. I have never been so upset by a ice cream brand in my entire life. First of all the low-fat yogurt taste like the freezer burn of a turkey Hill ice cream container that you left in the bottom of your drawer after five years. Then the regular cookie dough taste like nothing at all. It doesn’t even taste like cookies doesn’t taste like vanilla. It doesn’t taste sweet. It just is so bland and then lastly the banana peanut butter swirl. Ice cream was good but it only taste like banana. I had zero flavor of peanut butter.
My friend got the black raspberry and it was good, but it was extremely overwhipped. They need to fix the texture as soon as possible.

Staff was so rude; made faces and were entitled. I didn’t even want to try the icecream after that.

Nothing beats JP Licks. My personal favorite is their Cookies and Cream ice cream.
Its so good we have been back multiple times on this trip.

I know there were a lot of people, but the customer should be a priority. I politely asked for my ice cream, and the person who served me seemed annoyed and didn't give me the size I requested. She wasn't friendly at all. I hope they improve on that because I bring my own money to pay for what I consume. I love ice cream and I always come to this store.
I had a raspberry - lime Rickey, a favorite from childhood. A friendly and casual place with many choices.

Always makes me sick. Not enough options that don't include chocolate. Slow service. Expensive for the offering.
Great ice cream let down by poor service staff. Came in at night to buy a tub of ice cream back. I asked the staff which flavour was popular and she gave a sarcastic response. When i went to pay, the cashier snatched my $20 note as if it was owed to her. Will not visit again.
