Coffee beats nearby Starbucks and Latte, waiting times are slightly long and tip suggestion (on-screen) starting at 20% are outrageous for a coffee shop, but it is a great place to sit down and relax during a cold Winters day.
This review is mainly for the online pickup-I still really like to come to this cafe for small bites or coffee. However, I've been disappointed with some of my experiences ordering food here (particularly online pickup). First time, I ordered online and couldn't find my order in store. I waited for ~20mins so I asked the guy in the front. He checked and just said oh we forgot the order and then called it in. No apologies or anything. Second time, I went in at the time...
