Some of the best bagels in Boston. Customer service is great. They forgot to include the cream cheese we ordered for pick up so when I drove back to get it, they were kind in offering a refund of the cream cheese due to the inconvenience and messing up the initial order.
Affordable and tasty spot for a quick bite! We tried The Prudential on a tomato basil bagel with garlic cream cheese – definitely recommend getting it toasted, the texture and flavor were spot on.
The cinnamon rolls had a lovely cinnamon flavor and were a nice sweet treat. The hot chocolate was decent, though nothing extraordinary.

My husband and I love coming here for our fix of lox bagel sandwiches. They also sell tubs of their cream cheeses (chive, strawberry, walnut etc) separately so we also like to take some bagels and cream cheese home afterwards.. which always surpasses our store bought ones 🤤
