I want a refund. Ordered pickup through Toast and I get a raw burger. I started eating it and saw pink and immediately tore the burger apart and saw the whole thing is not even cooked. Disgusting! 🤢

I am visiting for the first time and we have ordered from Lees a good 2-3 times and the food has been great! We did have an incident where we ordered recently but it was our Uber drivers fault for not delivering our food to us but Lees was very disappointed as much as we were and helped us along the way. Food 10/10 shakes 10/10

Let me tell you about a hill that I will die on: I’ll take Lee’s over Shake Shack any day. Selection = excellent. Price = excellent. Girth of food = excellent. I once had a friend try to rebut this argument with some nonsense about fries. He was wrong.
