Incredibly rich Nagasaki champion ramen, the staff are stars and would love more people to experience the food here, price is reasonable and portion sizes are very large. Hats off Sapporo Ramen!
Pretty ambience with close proximity to the D Line Stop (Brookline Village, 3 minute walk). Service time is pretty quick, did not have to wait long (5 minutes!)Portion size is very satisfying, there is enough ramen and the miso is flavourful.I am so stuffed and I only had the Spicy Miso Ramen and water.I'll definitely be returning soon
More a 3.5 star though I'm not too much into ramen. This was the first time I ate there and likely will come back to try something else. I went for the miso ramen to be on the safe side. The broth was very rich but also had a lot of sodium. The service was fast though it didn't necessarily help the food: The soup is effectively assembled where the items such as the egg, meat and other toppings come from the fridge. The first experience is that you have a hot broth but...
