I had the cinnamon custard French toast. The French toast base itself was absolutely delicious. Apples on top were ok. Matcha latte was decent but a little bitter but not bad overall!

2 dishes ordered were disposed to be poached eggs (Eggs in Purgatory and Poached Turkish eggs) and we were given hard boiled eggs. For the price and the wait not worth it.
They did remake them but it was still made incorrectly. Given 50% of them menu includes a poached egg, you would think they would have that down.
Bottom line - they do not know how to poach an egg

Sunday brunch was incredible at Rifrullo! All three plates we ordered were outstanding in flavor and surprised us with the quality. We spent about $20per person for food& beverages which was an absolute highlight given the incredible quality we enjoyed.
I'd recommend going here for brunch if you're looking for a new twist to your usual brunch order

A quaint spot with well made coffee and a variety of pastries, brunch, and lunch options depending on the time and day. It’s a touch on the pricey side, but I’ve always left satisfied whenever I’ve stopped by with an appetite.

The cafe is cute and the staff is very nice, but I did not enjoy my meal. I ordered the eggs in purgatory. The poached eggs were pretty raw, some of the mixed greens were a bit off/slimy, and I would've preferred if the sauce was thicker and more seasoned. They didn't give me a spoon even though it was more of a soup texture, which made it quite difficult to eat. My cortado was fine, no complaints there! I still might come back and try something else because my dining companions who ordered the golden breakfast and the huevos rancheros were both happy with their meals.

Had a great time sitting and reading in this cafe. The interior environment is very welcoming for everyone and reminds me of Parisian cafe culture. It was not too crowded on a Saturday morning. The store could use more outdoor seating. No charge for nondairy milk is a huge bonus!

I dream about the food--the brownie, the chicken tortilla soup, even the healthy salad. SO GOOD.
Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free eggplant parm right now that I would get for take-out dinner in a heartbeat.

Chocolate quinoa cake was delicious and moist. Iced latte with oat milk was perfect.
Cafe Rifrullo has potential, but the food fell short of expectations. Dishes lacked flavor, and the Cabot in particular could benefit from bolder seasoning. Brioche would be a better choice for the French toast. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the coffee good, the prices were high for the underwhelming food.

cute atmosphere and the cashier was nice. they charge a fee that goes toward kitchen staff wages, which i support in principle, but it was not listed until i got my receipt emailed to me, nor was tax, so my smoothie ended up being over $15 with tip. even $12, the listed price, is insane. i was in a pinch and it was so far from worth it. the "cholesterol fighter" "blendie" tasted straight up old, like the ingredients had been sitting in the back for years, and the texture was gritty. i think they put it in an opaque cup so customers won't be immediately put off by the speckled mud brown. tried it despite feeling it was overpriced, no way i'm going back.
