No place to sit.... duh why would a coffee shop not have tables?

No seating. The reason I go to Starbucks is to have somewhere to sit for a while, not actually for the mediocre drinks.

Let's be honest, unless you beat the "laptop army" this place really didn't have any available seating before the renovation. Regarding quality and ambiance, it's a mega chain coffee shop that delivers the intended experience.

Newly remodeled store has removed seating and public access restroom. Less cordial and more of a corporate drink factory. Not your neighborhood coffee shop. Go elsewhere.

This is a union Starbucks. Their union supports Hamas. There has been no obvious repudiation of this by staff. I am a Jew and will now no longer go

Very poor quality of ice! I’m drinking iced latte, and testing ice water in my coffee, ice cubes are so small, looks like half melted.I asked the staff if there’s something wrong with the ice machine and she says that this’s a new ice machine, really???!!!! Quality of coffee not worth it the money! I’m buying a coffee everyday!
I passed by this Starbucks last week and was a bit busy before leaving a comment. It's definitely the best Starbucks I've ever been to, with a lot of aroma in the store. My friends and I are all praising it, and we'll come back again next time.

We stopped by fir some drinks before going to the movies. Wgen my daughter took her credit card to pay, she placed the movie tickets on the counter and forgot them there. The movie was sold out. We were having a hard time convincing the movie attendant that we had lost the tickets. Just then, Ayo, the lovely barista addressed the attendant. She said that she noticed the tickets on the counter and while they usually wait for the patron to come back when things are left behind she decided to read the time if the film. Noticing that the movie was about to start, she ran to the theater to let them know that someone had lost their tickets. Ayo saved our afternoon. For this alone she deserves our praise and Starbucks, if you are listening, give her a pay raise, will you?
I have a really serious dairy allergy. I have been getting starbucks for a very long time and I always get an iced vanilla latte. Today I ordered an iced latte with soy milk. I have never had an issue with the employees mixing up the milk and cross contamination because soy milk and normal milk are separated. After a few sips I quickly noticed my throat start to quickly swell and close in and hives appeared all over my face. I frantically took benedryl and even considered using my epipen and calling 911. This experience was terrifying and I hope to never experience it again. Since the allergic reaction was so severe I don'y believe there was cross contamination, I believe my drink was made using the wrong milk. I love starbucks and their employees however if I didn't have my benedryl on me or had a few more sips I couldve died.
