The slowest service I ever encountered everybody got their drinks before mine

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the US and around the world, but this is only place where placing an order feels like I’m causing a personal inconvenience. The cashier- the one who always a headscarf- never seems to understand my order. I mean, how hard can it be to understand a coffee order… at a coffee shop? I keep going here only because there’s no other coffee shop nearby. Coffee should wake you up, not wear you down!

In all honesty, I do not drink Starbucks. I'm a Dunkin's kind of guy. But, every once in a while, I will have a breve latte from Starbucks. This brookline location had the 2 most attentive and service oriented ladies that I've ever seen at a Starbucks. Thank you for a great latte and great service!

This location just lost a customer over a cup of water, I'm a regular customer at this location and visit order Starbucks at least 8 times a week, and today ask for a cup of water and was told only with a purchase. I hope they are saving a good amount of money.

Terrible representation of the brand

They are the worst. 25-50% of my orders are messed up by missing items. Aggravating and almost daily screw ups. A spoon for the parfait, the oatmeal is dry, no sugar or fruit, (clearly ordered with liquid etc.) can’t get the coffee or tea right either. Sometimes they don’t put the food it the bag. Then they want a tip.

Yesterday I went to this Starbucks and a woman that works there her name is Sumuro she was screaming at me!!! And my drink was made wrong.

This Starbucks the service is really bad, I was trying to get my drink and this girl starts talking with me in a very rude tone. I think her name was Inci.
I forgot to order plant based milk for my coffee and when I went to say hi to the barista, she remembered the exact type of milk I like 💕 obrigada!!!

i don't know why this location thinks that "no ice" means "more milk" but it DOESN'T. i wasted almost $20 getting a giant cup of milk delivered. what a disappointment every single time.

It is a Starbucks, but the staff is lovely here. Always working hard and friendly. Food is typical of the chain, and so is the coffee, etc. Staff does always ask if I want my pastries warmed, which is thoughtful and does not happen elsewhere. Tables could be a bit cleaner, but I hold customers at fault for that as the staff is typically too engaged to run over after each and every customer. The groups of loud WPI students can be rough if you're trying to work or study, however. Then again, public space, it happens and is to be expected. The best highlight is the staff for sure.
