Worst tacos I have ever tasted ! Filled with lettuce and no seasoning inside. The table surfaces are sticky.

A couple of black guys work there, in different shifts, unfortunately I don’t know their names, they are always happy to take orders and help with the choice!

Order error rates are alarmingly high, but hours are convenient.

We've ordered from this location 20-30 times at this point, both through 3rd party delivery apps and in person.

Pros: great hours and easy ordering kiosks (no line to order typically)

Cons: about 20% of the time, there is an order or two missing (lol). This happens both on ordering apps and in person, and more commonly so when we order more than 5 dishes at a time. It's almost as if they're deliberately omitting small items, betting that the customer won't notice.

the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. i spent around $100 on food, waited over 2 hours for the food, then was told i needed to call the cops to get the food or a refund. this was not only me though it was 2 or 3 other people my race being treated the same way. one couple left after being teased about not getting their food and the other stayed until we left. no one was causing a scene or giving a problem. they were just refusing to make our food and also making remarks about our skin color.. they were so racist! the comments the “manager” was making towards me and my sisters were absolutely vulgar. the man working also told us he doesn’t work there. they would not make my order or even acknowledge me. i was patient and calm the entire time and just kept asking when my food would be done. the staff were so disgustingly rude i’m glad i never have to go again. also, they have the food delivery people putting their hands in the cups and bags, taking apart orders with their hands. these are the grubhub, doordash, uber eats drivers i’m talking about. i would never order food from them after seeing they allow random people to touch your food with their bare hands. disgusting! now im out $100 and never got the food. i wish i could rate this establishment negative stars.

waited literally two hours for our food and got impatient after the first hour of just patiently waiting and so we asked them if they are going to get to it or if they can just refund us because it was a hundred dollars and they completely ignored us and only did the doordash and uber eats, us and around 20 other people waited over an hour to get our food and they offered no refund or even acknowledged us eventually we just left with no refund or anything.
