The Shared Tea boba place was possibly one of the worst boba places i’ve ever been to. i ordered the taro matcha boba with brown sugar boba and the pearls were uncooked. along with this, the tea itself was gross with chalky clumps of purple sludge. the matcha overpowered the taro and i wonder if it even had taro. i ended up pouring the entire drink down the drain when i got home. the service was also poor, because when i got there the woman continued cleaning as though we were not there. very disappointed for this experience.

Customer service was very unfriendly, not even hi how are you? Or a smile. While waiting saw someone's child try to sit on their cheap chairs and it fell over causing the child to hit their head into the cheap tables. The girl in the pony tail with glasses didn't even acknowledge the situation and continued with her cleaning as if nothing happened. Tea was so, so for the price $$$. I had better in a can.

This was my first time at a bubble tea place in probably 10 years. There are a LOT more options now and the employee was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the options. She even recommended using the computerized ordering system if I wanted to see photos. The Shared Tea lets you customize everything down to how much ice you want and how sweet you want your drink (great accommodation for those on special diets.) My lychee tea came with chunks of crushed lychee in it and was really delicious.
Dietary restrictions: The Shared Tea lets you customize how sweet you want your drink, from 0% to 125% sweetness. This is a great option for those on reduced sugar diets!
