Customer service was very unfriendly, not even hi how are you? Or a smile. While waiting saw someone's child try to sit on their cheap chairs and it fell over causing the child to hit their head into the cheap tables. The girl in the pony tail with glasses didn't even acknowledge the situation and continued with her cleaning as if nothing happened. Tea was so, so for the price $$$. I had better in a can.
The signature black milk tea, cold, 50% sugar with herbal jelly was spectacular!!!

This was my first time at a bubble tea place in probably 10 years. There are a LOT more options now and the employee was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the options. She even recommended using the computerized ordering system if I wanted to see photos. The Shared Tea lets you customize everything down to how much ice you want and how sweet you want your drink (great accommodation for those on special diets.) My lychee tea came with chunks of crushed lychee in it and was really delicious.
Dietary restrictions: The Shared Tea lets you customize how sweet you want your drink, from 0% to 125% sweetness. This is a great option for those on reduced sugar diets!

Different names mean different things in different stores and different places around the world. Bubble tea, boba tea, Bobby tea (the original way of pronouncing it) or simply Bob. And I had many different Bobby’s around the world - this one is a proud for star one. For starters it is kind of a small place but somehow people seem to be hanging out there. You don’t order with a human but with a touch screen computer which is kind of weird (?) but it’s ok. The tea is great! And so are the bubbles or the boba bubbles. So I think this is a really cool addition to the Ville (Brookline village), to the East coast, and the whole world. Get the Bobby tea!
The teas are great but the store owner has only one person even on busy summer weekends and it took us an hour to get 3 teas!!

Taro definitely wasnt in season, tasted sted like chalk and the milk was sour, tried to get refund but the employee or manager called me and refused to give me a refund but a 5 dollar voucher off of 15 DOLLARS! Won't order again and will be charging back for full refund!

The Shared Tea is the best boba tea place I've ever been too, and I have been intentionally sampling every one I can find for 2-3 years now. The quality is fantastic and the vibes are so good. The owner is super sweet as are all the counter staff. This place is worth going out of your way for!
