The pizza from Upper Crust is generally excellent. However, today the pizza I received was mush. Clearly the delivery driver turned it upside down at some point. Very disappointed.

This used to be my go to pizza place, but over the past year or so it’s been going downhill while others are getting better. Ordered some garlic parmesan wings and it was just wings with minced garlic on it. Not in a sauce. Not roasted garlic. Nearly raw, minced garlic, sitting on the side of the wings. And no cheese. The Pizza was OK but a little sad. It was definitely more floppy and a little bit wet than normal. The buffalo wings were alright if not a little dry, somehow like the garlic parmesan. Oddly enough the best thing was the salad. Maybe this is just kind of a one off. But for 50+ dollars can’t say I’m thrilled.

Never order a pizza for delivery here. If you do, there will be no attempt to make it right when they fail at it.
We ordered a pizza. They could not deliver for cash, so I agreed to pick it up. They called back to say the choice I made was not available. I changed my choice, and gave them a credit card number and they agreed to deliver it in 30 minutes.
60 minutes later, I called because nothing had arrived. I was told "it's not my fault" but the fault of Doordash, who "didn't come." I pointed out that since they offer pizza delivery, it WAS "their fault." They said they could call Doordash again. I said I wanted a hot fresh pizza. They said I could get a refund instead, 75 minutes after the original call. I said I wanted a hot pizza, and was told several times "I want you to see MY point of view."
Fed up, I asked for a refund, and asked to speak to the manager. I was on hold for several minutes, as had happened at least 3 times already: ("just give me a second"). Finally, I called back, and was told the manager was not there until tomorrow, and would refund me then. "Why didn't you tell me that to start with?!" "We are busy."
Then I was on hold for another two minutes, and gave up.
Don't try delivery from here!

I usually come here for a slice or two and the pizza is pretty darn good. The crust is bit thin but also very firm and flavorful. They usually have a solid slice selection, usually 4 to 6 options. The slices are enormous so one slice can get the job done. The Upper Crust is way better than OTTO. Take the time and go across the street to get pizza.

It was taking longer than expected so called this location multiple times with no answer and no pizza! I got scammed! Still waiting for my refund too. Would not recommend ordering delivery from here.

Super polite and friendly staff. 9pm came out of movie, hit up the Upper Crust sat outside where the weather was amazing and they served us food. Buffalo Chicken calzone was delicious and the baked ziti was perfect. Very reasonable cost, clean all around highly recommended

I’ve had two deliveries canceled in the past two months without any apologies or compensation from Upper Crust. They blame it on the Delivery Service(Door Dash). I don’t care about their delivery service, I ordered a pizza from Upper Crust! Although I love their pizza, not sure if I’ll ever order delivery from them again!! Extremely poor customer service!
Reliable local chain - gluten free option hasn't failed us yet! Also love their buffalo chicken

The food is delicious but getting it is nearly impossible.A few months ago, I ordered a catering delivery from the Upper Crust Brookline. They were running very late and once they arrived the delivery driver yelled at me and was extremely hostile to me and my staff.Yesterday, I placed an order for pickup because I love the pizza and supporting local. If I pick up, there shouldn’t be another issue. Wrong. I ordered online hours in advance and arrived after receiving confirmation and they didn’t receive my order. I was on a time crunch and couldn’t wait for the order to be filled. I will say management helped me secure a refund.Needless to say, the food just not worth the headache. I will be finding a more reliable spot for future orders.

The upper crust pizza is definitely the best thin crust pizza in Boston❤️My favorite is the Margherita pizza?There are enough seats in the store, and the freshly baked pizza is the best! If you don’t finish it, take it home and reheat it in the oven, it’s still delicious??I’ll try other flavors next time.

Doesn't honor Gift Cards online. Had to go into the store and order and wait for the pizza after spending 30 minutes online and on the phone with the cashier (who was very friendly). Pizza was dry and lacked the typical chunky tomato sauce. Was disappointed.They really need to check their new website payment processing. It does not work with gift cards or promo codes.
