Walked in for a quick slice before my movie and they had a hot slice out for me in no time I was really pressed for time and dying of hunger so it was nice to stop in real quick. Pizza was nice and crispy, huge slice.

Got two slices around 11:30. They were both dried out and burnt. My guess is they keep left over pizza from the day before and reheat it to sell the next day. Sorry I didn't go to Otto across the street.

Love the pizza! But I've had problems for like two years getting the website to accept the gift card I received for filling out a survey. I've finally started ordering by phone and paying in-store instead. Please fix this already!

Coolidge Corner location has had same woman handing pizzas over the counter to me for last few years at least. Consistently mature, smiling service and great pizza.

Upper Crust Pizzeria is my go-to for classic New York-style pizza in Boston. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, with fresh, flavorful toppings. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, great for quick bites or casual hangouts. Definitely a must-try for pizza lovers!

The best slice, every time. 🍕
I don't know why people feel the need to keep comparing this place to Otto. They're two different pizzerias with different pies and vibes. Upper Crust is smaller and edgier, the Pac Man table in there says everything about the vibe they're going for. It's a great place to get a couple slices and get some work done cause even when it's full, it's never too loud. The service is also always great and fast despite the fact that there's usually just two people working in there at a time: one at the cash register and one at the pizza oven. I've been a loyal customer of this branch for 5 years and am still always impressed by the amazing quality of their pizzas.

Pizza is pretty good. The only downside is that it’s very floppy. I’d give the pizza a 4 star review. Last time I went I got a coke, a slice of cheese, and a slice of pepperoni, but the cashier charged me instead for 2 slices of the weekly special fancy pizza instead, which was $5.50 a slice. Unfortunately I only noticed while I was eating, and the difference would have only been 1 or 2 dollars so I didn’t make a fuss. But god was it annoying.

The food at upper crust is super tasty! Especially if you’re getting it hot in the restaurant.
However I do have to complain about the service. I don’t like to leave negative reviews bc I know people are just doing their job and working very hard. But I had a service experience today I think should be addressed.
I went in for my dinner break around 8pm tonight and they were out of everything but two pizzas, no biggie, they were pretty busy. However the cashier had his headphones in and was clearly on a personal phone call and was not very attentive or helpful. It took him a few minutes to notice me standing there. then when he did notice me I asked if they had cheese or pepperoni, he kinda ignored me. Then he asked the kitchen and they said yes. I then tried to ask how long it would take bc I only have a 30 min break, but he ignored me and continued talking to his friend on the phone.
Like I said, the food is great, service is usually pretty good, kitchen seems lovely, but this cashier was not very attentive and that’s an issue on a busy Friday night.
